Convenient to Baltimore and the airport. The room was infested with ants.

There was zero parking, I had to park on the curb. I flew in super late, arriving at hotel around 2, by the time I walked really far in freezing rain to park, it was 3 before I got to sleep, got a wake up call I didn’t order at 6, TWICE. So I got 3 hours sleep before my 2.5 hour drive home. And this is the second time this has happened both parking and wake-up call not ordered, $120 to sleep for three hours, no thanks never again

Property didn’t represent the Embassy suites brand at all. The service , cleanliness and staff were not customer service oriented. The rooms were not clean.

One of the worst hotel stays of my life . Everything in the room looked dirty and smelled dusty . Literally a layer of dust on everything you could tell it wasn’t cleaned properly . The wedding guests were extremely loud throughout the entire night even the morning before checkout . I came for the hot tub and pool which they said were open when I called last week tell me it’s been closed for some time And they should update that online . The staff were rude .

The hotel was nice. Your stay comes with 2 free adult drinks (between 5-7pm) and cooked-to-order breakfast! The room was clean but had no towels. The staff was super polite and sent towels and bedding up very quickly. Upon check in, they said the pool was not open and would be open again at 8am tomorrow; this was the only reason I booked at this Hilton. I wanted my kids to be able to play in the pool, but instead had to take my kids out which costed me another $100 for the day to take them back out. The room had a shower/tub combo but the water would not switch to the spout to fill the tub so we had to fill it with the shower and this took almost 45 mins in order to bathe my kids. Overall, as clean and nice as the hotel was (and I strictly stay at Hilton) I would’ve stayed at another hotel because of this inconvenience with the pool and tub. I’d rate 3.5 out of 5.

Embassy Suites has lost me forever. This is the third time in a row I have had a bad experience. This time had to change room because it reeked of cigarettes. Second room had no single for tv, shower head didn’t work and only 1 face cloth and 1 towel, microwave didn’t work. Just a train wreck!

Happy hour and breakfast and wonderful staff at breakfast grill and front desk. I liked the fact that no one entered the room after we checked in.

The property was fine. However, the front desk clerk did not tell me that I was getting a handicapped room fitted for wheelchair guests. I am not handicapped and that room could have been reserved for a guest who needed it.
