Overall experience was very good. Air conditioning in our room was not working like it should compared to others in our party with different rooms. Dealers at casino had absolutely no personality and we were dicouraged from going back to the casino due to their attidude. Will stay elsewhere for our next visit.

The hospitality was amazing! Everyone calls you family or familia. They all make you feel so welcomed. Food was great and the MOJITOS WERE PHENOMENAL!!! Beautiful resort thanks for the amazing stay!
