We booked our trip very last minute for spring break. The property is very nice and safe. The beach is beautiful and close to get to from the rooms. The Wyndham staff were friendly and helpful with information and anything we needed. Would come here again and again.

Property is ok but got a room facing a road next to kitchen back door. Shower lacked truly hot water. Got there a bit early and desk wanted $50 to get into room. Seemed they were struggling a bit.

We had an excellent time during our trip to Puerto Rico and we are very glad that we chose the Wyndham Palmas Del Mar. The staff was wonderful and we appreciated all of the amenities. It would be useful to have more than one trashcan in the guest rooms. Otherwise, our day was ideal. Thank you!

My interaction on a day to day was good friendly staff. Now as for the front desk staff they are not very knowledgeable. I was told that any charges would come from the $200 hold on my credit card. When I checked out I was not only charged $200 on my credit card but I was also charged an additional $256 on my credit card. Not something I was expecting. They told me call your bank and my bank stated they could not do anything and that the merchant would have to fix the issue. Whyndham informed me that they had no idea why I was charged twice! Not the response I was looking for. I will never stay here again and highly recommend for you to ask over and over these questions if you do not want to be doubled charged.
