To begin the property was dirty and smelled as if no one lived or stayed there in an awhile and all they did was clean, actually they didn’t clean! I killed a roach and had to buy supplies to clean the apartment and the bed is completely old and worn out and it’s is very out dated in the sense no cares of appearance of the complete apartment. I definitely will not stay again.

Extended family stayed in two separate units. It was our second time there, and still our favorite place. Rooms a little outdated, but there is soo much to do you don't spend much time there Staff is great. We had an accident that required an ambulance, and they were very quick to act and very caring.

Although this property has an extremely beautiful appearance, and appears to be welcoming at one’s first visit, the entire stay was a nightmare. After a long day of delayed flights we arrived to Park Royale where we were given a key by front desk to the a room who already had a family in it and we were thrown out by that family, we were then given a second key to another room which did not work and security had to come. Room had no working electricity, plumbing was clogged. We were supposed to be there 2 days and after the first night front desk locked us out of our room again. We asked to have room change and we were denied. Per front desk manger she stated her employees were to blame for the mishandling of the rooms. Weekend employees blamed manager as she placed guests in room without registering them indicating room is empty. Maintanance man stated he was simply there to evaluate and assess the problems in each room not to repair. Repairs would need to wait for contractor. Security was the only person who attempted to assist us. We ended up with family.

This was my first stay and o was thoroughly impressed! From booking throughout my entire stay staff were so helpful and friendly. Access to anything we needed during our stay was extremely easy and the rooms were in pristine condition. I will absolutely be returning soon.

The villa was good, was not given what I originally booked, so that was an inconvenience. The amenities were good, the beach however is not ideal, is far to walk if you don’t rent a golf car, its dirty the waves are big . Maybe it was the day we went but it was just “not it”. Pools were great and having restaurants and a market on site were a plus!

Our room was absolutely perfect. Very spacious for our large family. The washer and dryer was definitely a bonus. Everything was very clean & the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. We had two minor things break during our stay, and the staff was so quick to fix it. We didn’t have to wait at all. There were so many places to eat within the community. I wish we would have got a golf cart that would’ve been very helpful to get around. The only thing I had to complain about was the pool. Unfortunately you had to walk through the pool to get to the office so there were constantly people walking back-and-forth through the pool area. Other than that everything was great. We were very pleased. We would definitely stay again.
