Wonderful peaceful clean I will definitely be back

Very nice resort and beach! Lovely sunsets and garden.

A Beautiful place. Nice staff. Rooms need an update but overall the property met our expectations.

Should include breakfast for the price. Other than that the place is awesome

The hotel was excellent. The staff was wonderful. The views and the pool was excellent.

Me and my fiance went for 4 nights / 5 days. The pool is beautiful and a great size. It has a pretty large jacuzzi, but it is not on all the time, one of the nights it was cloudy and gloomy, so we thought of going to the jacuzzi, the jets come on every half hour, but the water was not heated that night, which really is quite odd, since it was a perfect night to hit the jacuzzi. The pool bar is great!!! Great food and appetizers, at a great price, but it does close quite early, between 5-6pm, which is a little of a drawback. The surrounding area is very pretty, nice lobby, really confortable chairs and launge area, to be able to get a good wifi signal. The phone signal is quite bad, but we did not mind since we were there to disconnect from everything. The hotel restaurant Brasas is great for breakfast, great buffet at a good price, but dinner was not our favorite, but not bad. It is very close to a small shopping mall, with a couple of fast food restaurants, which is good if you have kids, or want something a little cheaper. Also a movie theater close by, which was great, since one of the afternoons it rained alot!! So we went to see a movie. Also a Walgreens close by, which is great if you need any personal items, or candy, drinks, for the downtime in the room. Our room was onthe smaller side, but comfortable for us 2. Bathroom is a good size. Overall a great experience and would 100% would recommend. We really enjoyed our time there.

Rincon beach resort a perfect place to stay at can’t wait to go back the views are amazing you can’t not go wrong staying here and there’s no need to second guess on choosing this hotel

Wonderful views, great staff, and all around wonderful experience here. We were terribly sad to see our stay come to and end, we were made to feel so comfortable.... It's not in the center of town, that's just the way we liked it. Rent a car and you can travel all around the area. Can't recommend it more highly.

Good to spend a weekend or a few days, good location, nice pool, easy access to the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Some rooms (like mine) lacks a phone to makes outside calls or contact the front desk. So, you can't request any service from your room, you will have to left your room and walk to the front desk for service. Iwas told they are having some problems after hurricane Maria affected the facilities six months ago, but are working on the problem. Can't rate the restaurant or the food, didn't use the facility.

Resort is bouncing back well from the hurricane and provided a pleasant getaway. Resort has all the amenities and great staff to keep a smile on your face. While the beach has significant erosion from the hurricane, it still provided great daily walks. Make sure to visit downtown Rincon onnyour visit as well.

The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't get the bed I asked for. I paid for a king size and got two queens. When I approached the lady at the desk, she stated that because there was three of us ( 2 adults and a minor) the hotel assigns that one automatically. I felt like she coulda asked me or told me what I was getting before I got to the room. And I also feel like she was the one that assumed I needed two beds not the hotel. She was very short when checking me in, and not at all helpful. I was ok with the everything else, I just wish I woulda gotten what I paid for.

Place was very clean and big. Very nice to have a beach and a pool in the same spot. You will not be disappointed with this resort.

WONDERFUL STAFF, VERY CARING AND HELPFUL WITH A SMILE. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AS A FAMILY OF FIVE.

Went for a weekend to enjoy one of the best town in Puerto Rico at a great location the Rincon Beach.

The only bad thing I can say about this resort is that the rooms are outdated. If we can have the mirrors, lights and headboards updated and made more modern, this resort would be perfect. A full length mirror would be great. It is very kid friendly. My daughter just loved everything about it. Breakfast was good, lunch was good and dinner was great. The pools and hot tub were cozy and clean. The staff was great. I read previous reviews that mentioned bugs in the rooms, a lot of mosquitoes, poor house keeping, etc and I honestly had none of these problems. However, I am grateful for those reviews because I kinda went in there expecting the worst and to possibly be upset and it was the total opposite.
