Nice stay

It is a great hotel to stay with a history and in a great location right next to a historical church.

The place was nice, close to everything. Comfortable and clean. Would stay again

Amazing stay! Only here for one night, but everything was perfect. The room was lovely, the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the property. Great location, right next to Mayagüez Pueblo with tons of options for restaurants, cafes bars, etc. Highly recommend staying here!!

Cleanliness was a most. Nancy in the front desk very friendly. Great coffee and bakery walking distance. Very near the Cabo Rojo beaches. I will go again soon. Just what we needed for a short stay.

Location is great. Not many amenities. Customer service is fenomenal! Every one was service oriented and courteous.

The staff was very attentive and always willing to help and assist in every way possible

The staff is so friendly (muy amigable). At check-in the receptionist spoke Spanish slowly so I could follow. She also knows English - I'm sure - and I thought this was a nice gesture to allow me to practice her language. The hotel and the room are immaculate. I only wish there were a window at eye level to see outside. The area, near the town square, has a lot of bar/restaurants. Maybe because of the pandemic, we could not find a simple restaurant with Puerto Rican food open. So we walked to the nearby supermarket, and made sandwiches. There is a popular pizzeria a block away from the hotel, that was open. All in all, a fine place to stay when in Mayaguez.

Good stay, nothing too fancy about the property but it covered the bases and the staff was very friendly!

I expected more for my money. The property is well located and clean, however it is old. The breakfast was poor.

Nice little hotel. Convenient. Inexpensive. Nice staff.

Very clean facilities. Attentive staff. Location near center of town.
