El staff muy agradable. La habitatación estaba limpia, nunca pude graduar el agua de la ducha, ataba súper caliente. Las áreas verdes limpias. El restaurante cierra a las 4:00 pm por lo que para nosotros no fue funcional. Pasear y llegar a la playa es agradable aunq las cerraduras están flojas o difíciles de manejar.

Property is dated , need some update the pool was dirty , even if you rent the biggest room they only give you one parking spot complicating the experience for bigger families that need 2 cars. Obly obe restaurant on site very limmited optiins.

Great Staff… problems with air conditioners

Pros: Great and friendly staff, they are true professionals and problem solvers/ Fridge/ toiletries / view from balcony was amazing/ hairdryer/ arcade/pools/vending machines/ gated parking lot/ felt safe/ Cons: They will charge you a $150 deposit money (which I didn’t know) Rooms are very cold and you can’t change air conditioning settings. Pools don’t have lights so they get dark at night (unsafe) Parking fee $5.00 Lost key card or towel card fee $25.00 Lost key ( which you need to access the beach) $100 Restaurant closes at 4:00 Tv wasn’t working due to “cable updates” Would I stay here again? Sure!

Very upsetting ! I was not informed about the was no internet or TV working in the room at time . Not even at checking time I found as I was already in room. And all I received was an apology what I’m supposed to do with that with my stay off 6 days! Unacceptable!!!
