The hallway outside of our room reeked of weed and eventually pervaded our room, also. So the non-smoking policy is not enforced. Then when quiet hours should have kicked in, someone above us was having races with luggage carts, people were incessantly slamming the doors around ours and just otherwise noisy in the hall, and smoking weed again. Worst night of sleep I’ve had in a while - the pillows are also very lumpy and uncomfortable.

I booked this hotel because I was working long hours and didn’t want to drive home as sleep deprived as I was. No where on the site stated that front desk staff is not 24hrs. Check in is after 3/4pm but I ended up working longer and arrived at the hotel at approximately 5:30am to find no staff and could not be checked in. When the front desk staff finally arrived his attitude and customer service sucked. He didn’t even acknowledge me waiting in the lobby, didn’t ask if I needed help or anything. Also, the towels didn’t seem to be thoroughly cleaned, there was a few hairs on two of the towels. Gross! I’ve never had this experience and I’ve stayed here several times prior.
