We set the thermostat at 65 for sleeping and it did not work. With temps around 75 we did not sleep well. We told the front desk in the morning and the clerk said he'd have it taken care of but the second night the same thing happened. We did not sleep well. We would not go back again.

After 2 days in the car driving from Florida, it was nice to know that a clean, comfortable room was waiting for us. Staff is great too. We have stayed there a number of time and will do so again when in the Baltimore area.

Nice hotel close to the event we were going. The hotel staff was courteous and welcoming.

We get there late but everything was ready and had a good time. We like everything during our visit

Stayed 4 days and enjoyed it. Breakfast staff were great. Hard to find location the fist couple of times, could use a sign on the road. Room was great, staff was great.

Very short driving distance to MPP. Awesome friendly staff. Quiet. Huge comfortable beds

But wasn't able to in point what. Have stayed there many times, but something was different this time and not for the better, Maybe Hotel need a complete updating.

We spent four days at Columbia Hilton Garden Inn. It was very clean with a friendly, courteous staff. There is a good restaurant (Victoria) within walking distance. The menu breakfast was a good value although the coffee was lukewarm. When I told the staff about the coffee they brewed a new pot which was hot. Location is convenient although about 12 miles from BWI. They do NOT have an airport shuttle and a cab cost $40 to the airport.

Wonderful. Enjoyed the huge room, especially for the price.

My family spent a weekend in the area and stayed in this hotel for one night. Hotel is very nice, everything is new and clear. Only thing that bathers us is room door. If people let door to close by itself the whole floor will get a shake.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was quiet and very clean. I have always had a great experience with Hilton. Lots of restaurants within a short drive.

We were there for a 50th Birthday celebration and hotel was close to location where birthday was held. We had a few hiccups...tv was not working and it took a while for us to get a tv that was working. Also the workout facility was not available until next morning due to repairs. But the staff was generous and gave us free breakfast on checkout day.

It would be nice to have breakfast included in the price of the room.

the stay was good & location is good.

Great location for my purpose...visiting a graduate school. Hotel wasn't as clean and upkept as I would perfer, staff was helpful and welcoming.

The property is in a nice location and near the great Eggspectation restuarant (a must for breakfast!. The place is nice and the beds are comfortable and clean. It is a good value compared to what is offered by the competitors. I would highly recommend this location to a friend. Don't forget to go to Timbuktu restaurant for the best crabcakes in Maryland!

The hotel was ok but it is expensive for what you get. The continental breakfast, donuts, coffee, bread, and juice was very expensive. Internet was available but very slow. One elevator was broke, the ice machine on the third floor was broke, our air conditioner adjustment knobs were gone so we could not turn down the air, and the bed spread had stains on it.

The hotel was very nice with a very helpful staff. A nice location with many things to do around. The bed was super, I wish I could have taken it home with me. The room was quiet and clean and we were not disturbed by anyone. A very nice breakfast setup with good hot and cold food. The omelet I was made was wonderful. Close to all attractions in the area.
