Dependable. I have stayed at this Westin before on several. Good rates.

Close to rental car facility. Room clean and well kept

Everything and everyone were tremendous! We really loved being there.

The bed was extremely comfortable!

The Westin is a great place to stay if you are on your way to a flight out of BWI or if like me, am on I-95 heading north to see family in NE. Check in was east and quick. Room, as always, clean, comfortable and quiet (despite 2 big events going on). Restaurant had very good menu, excellent staff (i think my server was Barbara) and good value. I would stop off here again :) Glenn T

Checkin at the hotel went smooth. I asked about the airport shuttle, she said come down 15 minutes before I need to leave. In the morning I came down to check out. I handed the lady my keys, she then picked up the phone and proceeded to talk on the phone. I just stood there, usually front desk employees tell you that you are good togo and the status of the airport shuttle, nope. Then the front desk person looked at me annoyed and said "Did you have a question?" I replied "The airport shuttle is on the way?" she told me to wait outside. 30 minutes later still no shuttle, and 12 people waiting. Ill stay over at the Sheraton the next time. We could see 2 shuttles in the time that one came to our hotel.

Upon arrival at the airport called hotel agent advised shuttle was 8 minutes away. Driver arrived on schedule. Was promptly greeted by friendly smiling face.

Hotel and stay overall was very good. Loved the upgrade to the executive floor, due to late check in. I took full advantage of the indoor pool and spa tub which was great. My only inconvenience was there was no free wifi and the Staff could have been a little more friendlier, I found them to be a little put off by questions or when asking for assistance. Microwave in the rooms would have been nice also. This is a very good hotel but they need to upgrade amenities and train staff how to be more customer friendly.

The carpet is disgusting. The room had never been vacuumed as there were hairballs everywhere. You wait a long time for front desk staff to appear to help you.

Very pleasant staff, comfortable accommodations, enjoyed our stay but didn't have time to try the restaurant.

Pros: Westin, its name value, new facilit, comfortable bed, clean room Cons: Remotely located, had to drive through the woods to get to the hotel, unfriendly greeting staff, dirty lobby floor, noisy air conditioning, not many power outlets available, you will have to pay for your own wifi (approx $19.25)

In town two nights for a business trip; hotel was comfortable and convenient to the airport and downtown.

The hotel is a wonderful property and the rooms and public areas are very well kept. The only problem I had, and it may seem trivial, but I like coffee in the morning. If you want coffee you must buy the breakfast buffet. At this type of property I would expect coffee to be available without having to buy a breakfast buffet in the restaurant.

Disatisfied with condition of the room. Lamp, shower head n shower handle. Furniture, work station pad, fridge, iron board cover all unexceptable! There is more but i'll spare the details. I expected more from the Westin brand! Corporate is dropping the ball on this location. The staff is strapped without the tools needed to really make guest comfortable. As usual they aren't being listened to by the people who "Aren't" doing the work! Did i mention.... the Westin is not cheap!

Would only suggest housekeeping vacuum under the beds and dresser more thoroughly. Perhaps a different style vacuum is needed to better reach these areas.

The staff here is wonderful. We only stayed for a short time, but the hotel is real nice.

The Westin is right off BWI. I ended up staying here due to a flight being cancelled and not being able to get out until the next morning due to weather. The property is close to the airport and the staff is excellent. If you need a nice, clean place to stay at BWI you can't go wrong staying at the Westin. I will stay there again when I get stranded at BWI.

Escaped from the toils of everyday life by submerging myself in the ambience of this hotel. I really enjoy my stay, the cleanliness and design of the rooms, the shower, the light. Had a good meal at the hotel restaurant (calamari was very good). Nice romantic escape.

Excellent stay, room very comfortable and clean! The fact they allow pets is wonderful. Very friendly staff
