The actual staff was very pleasant. The heat in the room could not be adjusted before maintenance visited after it could be adjusted yet continued to keep the temperature elevated above the referenced level. The shuttle driver on the 28th was very accommodating even to take us to the rental car location if needed. The driver in the morning said no it was at her discretion. So she spent the time while we waited for our uber doing gossip and standing around. So, somewhat disappointed with the communication and laziness. Given it is less than 3 miles cold and doing nothing was a better option.
