Took 2 hours to check in after flights were cancelled at bwi But that Is no excuse they had one person who was incompetent and extremely rude They could have called in more staff to check people in very poorly run hotel would not go back there

The room was clean my only issue is food was left in the fridge from the previous guests.

The staff is incredible. From the front desk to the shuttles. I couldn't be happier with the service. I will return and search for them traveling.

I wasn't familiar with the brand and wouldn't have known about it or looked for it if it hadn't been recommended by the Orbitz reservations clerk. The location is great, staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and it is very pet friendly. I like the contemporary feel, the nice lobby, and the rate was attractive. Although the rooms are small and what can only be described as minimalist, they are clean and functional. My only complaint would be that the maintenance team is AWOL. Hallway carpets are in bad shape, room doors have chipped paint, just doesn't have the polish that would complete the best impression. For that one-night layover in Baltimore, give it a shot!

Refrigerator did not work and the space was a bit small. Staff was nice and friendly and the room was clean. OK stay for overnight ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was perfect will be booking very soon!! The check in time was within in 10 seconds I got my rooms key and was able to relax after a long drive! The room was amazing nice and neat !! Didn't really have any interaction with the employee but overall everything was perfect

I paid waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to much money for this "hotel". (200). Online it is advertised as having a restauraunt and bar. There was no restaraunt and the bar had a very limited amount of alcohol and about 4 seats. You also advertised free parking which was not true either. I had to pay. One elevator for a hotel is ridiculous. Lighting in room was very poor. Bathroom leaking from room next door. Was put in a handicapped room and we're not handicapped. I would NEVER, EVER stay at this hotel again. And....if you can't post a true review then what good is it????

Nothing bad, just nothing good...we stayed here one night after a late arrival, stayed again after our flight was delayed. Tries to be trendy and somewhat succeeds however rebooked j to the Hilton next door (for bit much extra $) for our second night...pool only open 5-9pm (we have a toddler who loves there water) and overall staff was aloof. TV in the room had some trouble (slow response SW, intermittent sound). Basic breakfast, no real restaurant and in the light of day the cheaper design materials were evident and felt cheap. Stick to 1 night and not a bad place.

Staff were very helpful, to the point of going beyond what I would expect a hotel to do. I had car trouble and had to leave my car keys with the staff at the front desk so my repair service could pick it up to tow it because I had to get to a business meeting. The staff arranged for me to take a shuttle to the BWI airport to get a rental car and I was also able to use the shuttle to go to a local restaurant for dinner the night of my arrival. There were some minor issues in the room like the electrical outlet by the sink didn't work and another outlet by the bed wasn't out of the wall some. But the room was clean, comfortable, the shower was roomy and water pressure was very good. Again I do want to express my appreciation to the staff for helping me out from what was a very stressful situation.

Hotel was busy but not overly noisy. More of a hotel for young adults. But still affordable and perfect for a quick getaway or Ravens game.

Was just looking for a hotel close to the airport, and this fit the bill. I got in late, and left early. Check it out if you're looking for the same.

Everything about this trip was fabulous! The hotel, the resturants near it and the location!

My boyfriend and I stay here for a couple days while he was in town, and we loved the room. We liked that it didnt feel like a hotel room, but more like hanging out at home....I wish a microwave was in the room then it would have been perfect.

I did not like the cleanliness of my room. My shower had a big hard water stain on the tile. The floor did not look like it had been mopped. I left my wash rag that I had used on the sink it was still there when I came back. There was a long piece of hair on my floor when I left in the morning it was still there when I came back later that evening. I will not stay at this hotel again. The amenities were good like the bar, pool and the self serve breakfast bar.

My husband and I stayed from Saturday to Sunday. We've stayed several times over then past few years and as always it was a pleasant experience. The life guard was very helpful as I attempted to teach my husband how to swim. We will definitely be back soon and hopefully we will be able to stay 3 or more days. I would like to see a larger selection for breakfast or maybe a continental breakfast. THANKS AGAIN FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

I had a few business meetings in the area and not only was this hotel located in the perfect location, it exceeded expectations. The rooms were new, clean and well kept. There were restaurants nearby and the staff was quick to give recommendations. I will definitely stay here for future meetings!

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. It was dirty and full of underage kids.

My stay was good, it would have been more convenient to have a microwave in your room instead of going to the lobby. The rooms were large and clean, great price.

Hotel staff make you wanna move in!! Rooms are always kept clean and hotel itself is always clean!!

The hotel was great! I loved the pool and the cleanliness! The only thing I Did not like was that there wasnt a microwave in the rooms.
