Left property in a room and wasnt bought to my attention. But other than that wonderful staff, very clean and nice to be here.
The hotel is quite dated and needs updating. It is right next to the highway so a bit noisy. As well, the floor above creaked when walked on. Several times the entire hotel smelled like a restaurant.
Was very spacious friendly staff, Overall was a very nice stay we had seven people in our room and our accommodations were met.

Shane & David are two of the best hotel staff members I've had the pleasure to meet. They are friendly & professional. A couple of the chairs need upgrading. There were no sheets/pillow for the sofa bed, and the basketball court was loud & active till 9PM. But excellent customer service at the front desk is the crown jewel of this place.
Kind of run down, the room was not great, lots of tears and such in the sofa.
The rooms are great for a great price. The breakfast was decent for it to be free.
Accessible business center. Diverse breakfast. Good location. Lots of amenities in the room. Only down side was a barking dog across the hall way every morning.

Firstly we hope that everything worked out and all is well!Coming back to your stay...on reading your review we tried reaching you but you would not answer any calls, we also left you messages on the Expedia app along with your folio, but you still did not bother to respond. We would have hoped you would have been a little bit more guided in making this claim, given the fact that both Orbitz and Sonesta ES Suites Columbia Baltimore went out of their way to accommodate you. Your reservation didn't have any provision for any cancellations or modifications...but both Orbitz and Sonesta ES Suites Columbia Baltimore still cut short your stay when you stated you had an emergency and we charged you just for 1 night. The folio was attached in the message we sent to you to make you understand you were making a false accusation.We appreciate feedback from our guests who help us improve. We crave for and thrive in the love guests shower when they enjoy their stay. We also feel sad when we come across someone who shows an ungrateful streak and makes false baseless accusations.We wish you the best and hope all works out for you.
