Didn’t have any extra towels available in the morning, even though she said some would be sent up. The hallway on the second floor smelled like cigarette smoke, but thankfully our room didn't. There was barely any parking at the front by the lobby; half of the spots are reserved for Diamond Members, but the spots remained empty. Seems like a waste. Not enough chairs were available to accommodate the tables by the pool.

We have been to this property before and had no issues but this time the manager was overbearing, rude, and obnoxious. He kept asking us if there were any problems reoeatedly and we told him, his response was, "oh well that has nothing to do with the hotel. I cant help you with that." We will never stay at at property again!!
