Parking was scarce. The corners havenr seen a vacuum in years. The blanket on the bed was stained and disgusting. I left before midnight.

Very nice, need to start breakfast a little earlier for early risers.

The staff at the front was very friendly and welcoming. We arrived earlier than expected and were able to check in before 3pm without a problem. The room was tidy and spacious. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The room was clean, but being near the elevator we could hear the chime every time the elevator stopped. There was loud door slamming, conversation, and people running in the halls through most of the night. It took a while to be let in at night to check in the first night, and the second night the door was propped open. The hotel refused to allow Hilton Honors points due to the reservation being made through Orbitz - completely unacceptable.

Not sufficiently staffed in reception and in kitchen. Hotel was booked the whole weekend, and a single person in reception for check ins, phone calls and taking money for vending area items. Too many people using restaurant, one person for food handling, cleaning, garbage. Frustration with delays.

The receptionist was excellent, she made us feel very welcomed.

The hotel was in a good location for our purposes. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean with coffee available all day and a decent breakfast. The bathroom could have used a fan for steam after showering.

They didn’t show my reservation so it took about 29 minutes to straighten it out. Nice buffet breakfast. Kids loved the pool.

Well run Hampton close to Howard County offices and with multiple routes south to DC. There's also a Whole Foods Market within 15 mionute drive.

Jean at the front desk was super friendly and gave us great service. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We went to visit Baltimore and to the orioles game, that hotel was near by and the staff was very nice and the room very good. Will visit again.

We enjoyed a very nice stay. All the staff we encountered--from the front desk to the breakfast room staff to the housekeeping staff--were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent and the hot breakfast entrée was different each day of our three-day stay.

Needed a last minute place to stay and this hotel fit the bill. Easy to find, good breakfast selection, comfortable bed. What more do you need?
