Check in took WAY too long. The clerk was trying to change someone else's room, but kept locking herself out. The hotel needs updates. I'm not happy with my stay- when I finally got in my room, I had to go back to the front desk because there was no soap or hand towels left in my room. That's only 1 of the reasons I'm displeased. I plan on sending the property an email.

First we were given the wrong room number. For a queen size bed we were given only 3 pillows. The bed and pillows were very stiff and hard. The drain in the bathroom sink was clogging. The "Breakfast" is actually a grab and go and they were out of muffins and coffee. All they had was granola bars and plain oatmeal with no bowls only coffee cups. But at least the room was very clean!
I booked two separated rooms. Staff just gave us one at check in, without as much as an apology for their mistake. Never had this issue before at any hotel; absolutely terrible service. On top of that, cleanliness of rooms left a lot to be desired, and utter lack of convenience items that should be there in a supposedly extended stay hotel. Stay away from this establishment. Certainly not worth the room rates they charge.
This place was built cheap and the owners have not spent any money keeping it updated.

Check in was Ok. The girl at the desk seemed tired as it was a busy check in day. The room was not bad, but not great either. It seemed in dire need of some TLC. There was a crack in the tub, a hole in the bathroom wall, the A/C barely worked (it was old). I thought something looked strange about the room then noticed that someone turned the lamp shade upside down and apparently no one on staff noticed it. We never did get a room refresh on Saturday morning/afternoon, so we used dirty towels again. Also, every morning, at least the few times I went there, they were out of coffee. There was always a line but they were out. I guess they can't make a pot while the other one is out. They just wait until it runs out before making more. All and all not the best showing for this hotel.
This hotel was disappointing considering it is located in a corporate business park area. I thought the hotel would be nice, but it's just a run down hotel. Immediately walking in, you smell mildew and mold. It just smells old. The hallway was reminiscent of walking a hall in ghetto building in the police dramas with the yellow fluorescent lighting. Felt like I was on my way to a drug bust. This place needs a ton of updating and renovating. Not worth the price. Could've done better with a Motel 6.
Convenient location for work seminar. Spacious with own kitchen. Clean, but very old carpet and hallways.
The room was great and it was in a great location. The staff was very helpful and nice. They even helped me with my birthday surprise I was planning. The cleanliness was undeniable and I would surely recommend this hotel to a friend.
Stayed here while visiting family. Room was rather basic, no frills, but comfortable and clean.
We stayed overnight recently, just passing through the area. As far as cleanliness goes, it was satisfactory. The two reasons I will not ever go there again (or recommend that you do): 1. we got stuck with a smoking room and it reeked so bad we had to sleep with the window open and the heater on, 2. although we arrived several hours after check-in time, the sofa bed where my kids were supposed to sleep did not have sheets on it. We were told they were in the wash (all of them?), and were not brought sheets at all during our stay. Not cool.
