Front Desk-My interactions were minimal. Only checking in and out. Both were pleasant Amenities-My room had no microwave. That’s very antiquated to not have that in a hotel room in 2026 Checkout time was 12pm which is great! The cleaning crew kept knocking on my room door the day of checkout prior to 12pm. I’m not sure where the disconnect was but I was very annoyed by that. The TV service had about 10 channels. Not impressed.

The room was okay (generally could use a refresher) but the fans were rattling loudly enough to make it difficult to fall asleep. We were disappointed the hot tub was out of service, and the pool area was so cold (as if windows were left open) we just couldn’t get into the pool itself.

Clean room, friendly front desk staff. When she asked if I had a preference on where the room is I explained my son was sensitive to noises due to his autism. She was very empathetic and assigned us a nice quiet room away from the elevators. I didn’t take down her name, but she was a gem.
