The fact that I reserved my room 1 month ahead of time and they waited until I walked in the door to tell me it wasn't available

Very pleasant stay, highly recommended. Will visit again soon.

I didnt like i had to pay to park there. That should have been included to the price i paid to stay there. I didnt like the idea of no room service. You get nothing for your money. The mattress was worn out. To soft. Had a dip in the middle. I didnt sleep good at all. Anything you needed. You had to go and get it from the front desk. Never again. Not worth it

It was a nice experience staying there. The staff was very professional.

Everything is close by and it’s a nice area for family as well !!!!

No security teens roaming property pulling fire alarm smell of marijana in hallways and room all night one employee front desk in charge of property no security at all.

The staff was very nice and pleasant and tried to make us as comfortable as possible. My stay overall was very disappointing. I poked the room to have fun for my sons 5th birthday and swim with his dad and brothers. Upon booking my room I spoke to some one to make sure I asked was the pool open even things were starting to open due to the pandemic. He assured me the pool was open and everything would be good. Upon checking in we found out the pool was not open and we would not be able to swim. I was very upset because this is not what I was told or promised. There was an associate hotel across the way that did have a pool so we suggested to make it right by at least allowing us to go there to swim. Management said that wasn’t allowed. I was very upset that my sons day was ruined. We were also told we would have buffet breakfast which was also a lie. We had to go to the front desk to pick up bag breakfast. Inside the bag was a bottle of war, a muffin and a granola bar. Another reason for me to be upset. I have never endured a stay like this and would like to be somehow compensated for being given the incorrect information and ruining my sons day. It was disgraceful. Someone had trash hidden in one of the bureaus by the elevator. It was full of rotten and old food. The front desk clerks did the best they could to accommodate us but it was beyond their control. Someone should be compensating me for booking 4 rooms and getting nothing that I expected. It was my worst experience

The property was nice and clean. Employees very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was great but the bottom line was I had to pay extra charge with you guys so I didn’t like that

The room size, location and breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and comfortable room. Nice desk, fridge and microwave.

Front Desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was pretty good.

The breakfast was great. Lots of choices. The king bed was comfortable. Room was basic but suite feature is nice.

Quiet location just offsite from the mall. The mall and casino are within walking distance and the hotel offers a shuttle. Local grocery store and a few small restaurants within walking distance as well.

Always room to improve the experience. Also hit with unexpected parking fee

I stayed in a suite and it was very clean & spacious. The bed was comfortable and my kids liked that the tv had Netflix. The only negative was that the hot tub was not working.

I was disappointed that i arrived after the check in time and my room was not ready. There was a line of about 6 people waiting to check in and only one person at the desk. This one person was answering calls, calling for housekeeping on the walkie talkie, and paging the shuttle to pick customers from a nearby shopping area while checking in people. The hot tub was not in service which could've been told me ahead of time. The indoor pool wasnt clean but it was heated
