The kitchen staff for breakfast was rude and the food was cold.
Customer service was excellent and Hotel was very clean. Parking was good. I have no complaints.
Proximity to Live is benefit. Elevators going to separate floors was not explained. Just go to one by ATM. That didn't explain the difference. Elevators were bumpy indicating mtc needed.

That I was overcharged almost double what I was quoted, which I almost forgot about until I kept receiving these emails to review the property and it made me irritated all over again
It was convenient to the mall & casino. Google needs to update maps because it took me on the interstate for something that was around the corner several times.

It was a nice place. Saw a couple deer in the wooded area just in front of the place. It was a nice stay. Really nice for those who like to watch planes take off from BWI.

Nice place. Very well lit parking lot is a bonus when coming in late night. Ask for the local pizza and wings menu if eating in room. Very reasonable prices and delivered under an hour
