Staff were wonderful, beds comfortable, nice having a kitchen. Large mall with shops and eating places just around the corner. Would stay here without question next visit to Maryland. Special kudos to Harold on evening shift. He is friendly, extremely helpful, and a pleasure to deal with.

I loved it, the room, the people just overall great n very very clean

This hotel is located at Arundel Mills in the middle of nowhere. The front desk staff is polite. The shuttle service is great if you want to get to the airport which falls in the 3 mile radius. Their shuttle service shuts down at 1030 sharp and will supposedly take to location within a 3 mile radius. The driver was good, and polite. I recommend you get Lyft, Uber or find your on taxi service If you don't want to get a rental. GET the Rental you will thank me!! the Cab called for me by the young lady at the front desk was a shady yellow cab(I think). The Cab I took from the Airport was also shady took me for a ride until I used google map and told him to take me to correct location immediately. However not all taxi-cabs are the same I did get a legit cab from Linthicum to Arundel. The room appeared clean and was comfortable. I was too beat from a long trip and had an early morning meeting in Linthicum where I had hoped to book my room. CHECK the address of the hotel EVEN if it says BWI. Candlewood has two locations and each operates independently. I wish I had paid attention and clicked on the Linthicum.

Nice hotel off the beaten path very near casino and shops Good value for money Strange deposit policy either $50 in cash returner upon leaving or $50 on card held do 10 days

Incredible value! Location, comfort, everything you need. HIGHLY recommend!

We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. The room was perfect, great for a long stay. There was a kitchenette, a flat screen TV, and a DVD player in our room. Lovely! There were only two things I would change, one, the parking was less than adequate and two, there was no swimming pool. Other than that, it was wonderful! Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Candlewood was perfect! It was the first time for my boyfriend and I staying at this hotel. I read the reviews before booking and everyone said how nice and clean the rooms were so I decided to proceed with booking. The rooms were exactly that! The room was spacious, beds were super comfy and clean. There are windows to open up in case you need some air circulation. The room is also equipped with a full kitchenette which would have been great for an extended stay. The shower was very spacious and I have to say it was one of the cleanest showers I've been in. The bathroom was also stocked with more than enough hand towels, bath towels and washcloths. There is also a pretty good size desk located in the room. There was also a recliner and two additional chairs in the room as well. It's safe to say our stay here was great. The front desk was very helpful as well.

We have booked/paid in advance/ and had confirmed a suite with a king size bed and sleeper sofa. Upon arrival the clerk told us that "the booking came through wrong, as a request for a room with two beds". She stated there is a "difference between a request for a room and actual confirmation". I showed her the confirmation and payment for the room we booked/paid for. She said this room is sold out. As this never came up before with a booking we were somewhat suspicious of her claim. She was evasive and would not even look at us. We let it go and took the room they had available. Saturday night is a party night at this hotel. There is no soundproofing. It seemed there were several loud parties all around our room, including the outside BBQ area. We thought it will slow down after midnight. Wrong. By 4 am the parties were going strong. I finally fell asleep before 5 am. In the morning we just packed our stuff and left. It was an awful experience, never again I would stay in this hotel and I could not recommend this place to anyone.

Good amenities for the price, staff, friendly, could teach more on cleaning the bathroom and sanitize the toilet, bathtub, and bath sink, along with the refrigerator and bed sheets were all not clean and required washing or cleaning.

The staff at this hotel was AWESOME! Curtis was super friendly and helpful. Any questions... he answered them. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend a stay here if in the neighborhood. It's close to the airport and there's a GINORMOUS mall right around the corner. I definitely helped contribute to the economy while there.

My experience at this hotel was great. The room was clean. The decor was amazing. We was able to catch the shuttle free of charge to Arundel Mills Mall.

The bed and the pillows are so comfortable that it was no trouble getting to sleep. The location is a little remote, but very clean and the room and lobby are updated. The kitchenette comes with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, sink, and two hot plates. There are plates, cups, pots, and frying pan BUT no silverware or utensils, which I thought was an oversight. Bathroom was clean and comfortable and the next time I don't want to drive home from Maryland Live! casino, I will definitely stay here.

The room was comfortable enough for my family, but we could have used a little more housekeeping. They come only once a week and with two little ones, the floors get pretty messy and need to be cleaned. Also, while there the fire alarm went off one day, over and over. They told us that it was just a test the first time, but it went on and off for over 2 hours. Also, the cable and internet went out frequently which was frustrating.

It was very clean and appeared to be a newer hotel. It was a good experience. I liked the location. It was not sitting on a busy street Was not there long enough to really know or use all the amenities though. But I would book there again if in the area. It was very lose to shopping and eateries.

Very comfortable and roomy. Would deff stay again and recomend to others.

I enjoy the cozy feel of the room and the comfort of the bedding. However, the evening staff is scarce in numbers and the front desk clerk seemed stressed by the lack of support on both visits. The overall value of the amenities were great for the price. I enjoyed that they had a full kitchenette (full-size fridge, sink, dishwasher & small stove) all complete with pots, pans and dishes.

The hotel was great for a one night getaway or for extended stay. Very comfortable and close to the casinos at Arrendel Mills.

Had a great experience and wonderful room. the staff was helpful.

No complaints except their dog policy should be posted. The charge was $75 with a weight limit. We have never paid more than $20 for pet fee.

Great room for the price had a kitchen in it which was nice. Hotel was real close to highway for easy on and off great experience I will be back again!
