my daughter was threatened and intimidated by one of the guest who was having a party there. it made my stay very uncomfortable. I went to try and say something and she tried to intimidate as well.

It was nice clean and quite. Staff was really nice and everything was so well put together. Beds were soft too.

When serching for a hotel to stay near Maryland Live! I came upon element hotel. It was a GREAT find!!! I was truly impressed with the smell and how clean everything seemed upon entering the lobby. The rooms packed a lot of punch in a small amount of space. I had all the ammenities I would look for in a hotel and then some; including a stove, dishwasher and full sized refrigerator in the room. The bathroom was wonderful; especially the "melt you away" shower. I will definitely be staying here again!

Awesome hotel not far from the casinoand Duclaw brewing company. Not far outside the Baltimore city limits.

We decided to stay here just to relax and get away from work and all. It was a great choice! This isn't our first time here so we know that we already like going to the gym and indoor pool. Its really convenient! Also its literally a couple minutes drive to the huge mall and eateries next door. The only downside is the breakfast isnt that great, but hey, its complementary! Overall great stay! Would stay over again.

We went and they overbooked the place so they didnt have an extra room for us. Only one that didnt have enough beds and another that smelled like smoke. Finally they aired out that room and we stay there. The pool is a lot smaller than the pic.

The location was great being next to the mall. Also, the gym was bigger than most hotels which was a plus and the indoor heated pool was great - granted the hours of operation were only in the evenings. Breakfast was average, but the experience as a whole was fantastic!

Very nice hotel. Close to Maryland live casino, nice restaurants and shopping. Very friendly staff. Free breakfast needs some improvement, but they are working on it

Great value, convent location. Great shopping, dining and entertainment options

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and clean. We had 4 adults in the room and you didn't feel crammed into the room like a typical hotel room. There were places for everyone to sit even without sitting on the beds. The location was nice. Easy on and off to major highways and across from the mall, but the hotel was on a nice side street with a stop light at the main intersections. It was very quiet. Breakfast was good. The pool was small but nice and clean. The Wifi reception and speed was better than most hotels I've stayed at and it was free.

i have stayed at this hotel about 5 times now and cant find one complaint. the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, beds are comfy. the continental breakfast is delicious, the bar is a great atmosphere. for all of these reason i continue to come back. i look foreward to my next stay.

Love the hotel, kids loved the pool and family loved that we could all cook out and enjoy our time together. Thanks for all you did!

I travel to Baltimore for business about once a month and try to make my rounds to a lot of hotels to find the best one. Well, this one is near the top. Although location is not ideal for someone who wants to be downtown and around the inner-harbor, it is beside a mall with several restaurants, pubs, and fast food joints and just a few miles from the airport. The rooms are ultra modern and have a glass steam shower, full kitchen, and very comfortable bed with a comforter. It was basically like a mini Manhattan apartment...very cool. Fitness was sweet, pool was nice, they have a bar in the hotel Aloft which is connected to Element. Also, every night from 5:00 - 7:00 they have complementary vegies, snacks, sodas, and a KEG of Coors Light on tap!!! Which I must say I have never been to a hotel with a complementary keg on tap. So long story short I will be staying here again. They only have a few locations across the country now...I hope they expand quickly!

When we first arrived the staff was very friendly. While at the element I slept most of the day and went shopping. Nothing was missing! Compared to other locations this was one of the best. Inexpensive, comfortable beds, nice clean showers and rooms.

The first night there, our refrigerator broke and leaked water all over the floor, staining one of my bags. The cleaning staff didn't do a great job, and we ran out of toilet paper 3 times because it was never stocked. The bed was amazingly soft, and very comfortable. They also had a pretty good free breakfast. The bed was definitely the best part of the stay.

I was able to check in early, I did call ahead first and they were very courteous and helpful. The room was much nicer then even the photos portrayed. The bathroom shower was awesome and the bed was sooooo comfy. I will defiantly stay again next time I return to the area.

Very friendly staff and comfortable hotel. Nice breakfast with good selection. The hotel had a European feel to it and was unusual for the area. I would go back again.

I really enjoyed my stay there. It has a different feel from the ordinary; in a good way. I would definitely stay there again. We did have a problem with our fridge. It had a very bad odor; like it had been unplugged with something left in it. This is very uncommon. Also, not having an ice maker on the room floors was a bit odd. You have to go to the front desk to get ice which was somewhat inconvenient to say the least. Besides that, the stay was great. The beds are very comfortable & the rooms have a nice "green" feel to them.

It was fine - but it was kind of odd. trying hard to be hip and "green". Room lighting was all flourescent and not bright enough.

This was a weekend getaway for me and my wife and it was the second time that we used this facility . We had a lovely and wonderful time . This is a great Hotel please try it out and you will see for yourself . There heavenly bed sleeps almost like a water bed it is that comfortable .
