I like the location of the property itself. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were a size. I love that it had a living area as well as a bedroom.
The hotel was adquate. We were there for 5 nights. We had to go to get fresh towels. I guess we would have had to change our own sheets. The toilet was so low I had to help getting on and off. I couldnt find anyone to tell the shower curtain rod was pulling out of the wall. The halls reek with Marijuana smoke. Not good guys.
The room was clean and close to or event.
First my card information was all jacked up. The front desk staff said that they had a different card on file for me, when I clearly showed him that I paid through orbitz and with my current card. Then he gives me keys so me and my guest proceeded to the room as I open the door I was greeted by another family. I walked in a room that was already occupied. I went back and the from desk staff assisted the situation and changed my room. Later on that night I called the front desk and asked could I request a late checkout. This was around 8 pm. The same front desk staff member answered and said he doesn’t know how to do so and that I would have to talk to his manager to do so. I asked when will the manger be available he said 8 am. Well that’s pointless to ask for a late checkout so close to original checkout time. I asked could he put a note in on me requesting a late checkout he proceeded to let me know gw doesn’t know how to do so. I’m just upset with the staff member not having any help if he’s fairly new.

The battery in our smoke alarm started to beep in the middle of the night. And maintenance was not into change the battery until 8 o’clock the next morning. However, Jean, the manager was very kind in compensating us for the loss of sleep. We will definitely be back!
I loooooved the jacuzzi tub ; after a long night the hotel housekeeping woke us up 3 hours before checkout TWICE :( but my overall experience was awesome ! Check in was easy & delightful
The room smelled of mold , the wall looked wet and like it was caving in . Definitely the worst experience ever ! I do not recommend staying here .
When I arrived they had my reservation as canceled and then rebooked. It showed me already checked in when I hadn’t. The previous guest in the room had obviously been smoking in there for days. There were no other rooms left. I had to find another hotel. The front desk clerk was very nice and felt terrible about the situation.
No easy way to get there but hotel property is in a very quiet location. Have to drive through large condo/apartment complexes to get there, however, a very nice facility and one I would definitely stay at again.
Desk staff were very competent and welcoming. Facility was excellently maintained. Complimentary breakfast was well prepared and sufficient to cover guests on hand. The only complaint was the musty smell in the room upon entering. Probably, the a/c unit filter need to be cleaned or replaced.

Liked all of it. Clean, new, safe, good breakfast. Internet was slow and even sporadic at times in our room (we were at the end of the building, but, still, in this day and age, to do our work, etc, needs to be good in every room).
