My stay was great. My unit was very clean, contained a desk, microwave, fridge and additional seating with free self parking. Derrick at the front desk was very nice during check in. There is a gym available. An outdoor pool which is obviously closed during winter. Included breakfast could have used more options. There were eggs, meat, biscuits, cereals but not much fruit, no pancakes and no waffles. All in all it was a decent comfortable stay that I am used to having at holiday inns. Thanks again
Shuttle service was a lifesaver and staff was friendly.
They were quick and polite at checkin, hotel was very clean in the lobby plus the halls which is a big plus....could use work on the elevators, they were a little sketchy and made me nervous but other than that had no complaints
We arrived late at night. Couldn’t see much. All appeared to be clean & well maintained.

I liked that it was so close to dining options, they provided transportation, and breakfast, it is close to the airport and BWI rail station. Everything was great and well priced for what you get. Only thing I did not like were the mattresses; both my husband and I had annoying back aches in the morning. I strongly encourage management to replace the mattresses really soon. It really sucks to be on vacation only to get back aches from a mattress.

This place was awful, I got flea bites all over my ankles, pretty sure they were on the carpet, the first room we got the toilet didn’t work, the second room the carpet was laying on the floor coming up, got bit by bugs, and when we complained on the morning of the third night, after i got bit up, they said all the issues should have been complained about from the beginning so we weren’t getting refunded
