My wife and I arrived and the room smelled of mildew. The carpet had stains and a stink. There were scratches on the wood furniture and the hotel was not to our liking. We immediately checked out and located another hotel, Marriott, which was much cleaner and more pleasant than the Wingate Wyndham. Due to the Wingate not meeting our needs, I spent $1,000 on the new room, from Thursday-Monday. I would hope that Orbitz considers removing Wingate Wyndham for its hotel choices. We were extremely disappointed with the hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is how close it is to the airport and the shuttle. The hotel is very outdated and didn't seem totally safe. Walls were crumbling. Breakfast was packed, there wasn't much food, and it wasn't good. I would not stay here again.

Stayed overnight to catch a flight early morning. Have stayed before and will stay again. Not fancy but perfect for my needs and reasonable price. They offer a shuttle to the airport and will pick you back up at the end of your trip, which is excellent. They also offer breakfast in the morning, which I appreciate very much. Staff is always friendly. My only complaint is that inside and outside you can smell smoke and weed, but not sure what you can do about that, when guests don’t think the rules apply to them. I would still recommend for a short stay.

A whole lotta NO for our stay

First and last time at this property. The public areas were worn, elevator call buttons busted- literally, cigarette smoke smell on fifth floor, noisy neighbor- TV blaring still at midnight. Called front desk- gave us option to suck it up or move to another room. We chose other room- at our inconvenience. No sympathy during conversation but a quiet sorry for your experience once we turned in keys to first room. Fourth floor was much nicer aroma- clean and fresh- but noisy air handler in the room. No sleep for us this stay. Shuttle driver was not prompt - was scheduled for a certain time- 10 mins late, then proceeded to pass by the airline we requested a stop at. Hoping calling for the shuttle when we return will not be another debacle.

LIARS! BEWARE! They advertise free shuttle from the airport but it is a LIE! We called and waited for 50 minutes and could not get anyone to answer the phone or pick us up. Possibly they have new management because people wrote reviews stating they had no problems. LIARS!!
