The hotel was nice but the beds wasn’t comfortable at all to me and my family.

We enjoyed our visit. The room was spacious enough for our family of 5. Breakfast was delicious.

Pool did not open as it stated it would. The pool was our primary reason for booking this hotel. Breakfast was pretty decent but you will need to go early for the best selection. Toilet was stopped up upon arrival. Maintenance was not immediately available to fix which made us have to go to the first floor public restroom. Not the type of experience I am used to or would expect from Hyatt. We will be using other options for our next stay.

very nice place nice room had a nice time nice staff clean

3rd time staying. Only issue was having to switch key cards 6 of the 7 days. Staff blamed me for the issue. Didn’t seem like they enjoyed having to work.

We checked in around 6:30 and the parking lot was packed. We also noticed the swimming pool was CROWDED and dashed our hopes of taking our toddler to the pool. When trying to check in, the two front desk staff were overwhelmed and trying to take at least 2-3 phone calls, paging the shuttle, and had a line of people checking in or purchasing something from the cafe area. One of the front staff that we didn't have helping us remained calm, professional, and was a star. The other, who we ended up with, was frantic, confusing room keys, and also put us initially in a room right beside the pool. I asked for another room, and with the help of the 2nd front desk attendant, we were booked on a different floor. Thank you for this! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was working as it should. The next morning, we went to breakfast and things were a lot less chaotic. Breakfast was yummy and offered a nice selection of eggs, toast, oatmeal, fruit, etc. I think the nearby power outages saw this hotel more crowded than usual as families flocked to stay somewhere with electricity. Just bad timing for us I suppose, but we would stay there again. We didn't use the shuttle, but from what I could tell through front desk phone calls and people waiting at the front desk, they were overwhelmed and some people were waiting 1+ hours for the shuttle.

I stayed here for a week for some training I was doing in the Linthicum Heights area. This was ultra convenient to the the Airport and nested in an area close to both Baltimore downtown, Arundel Mills for shopping, and Ft. Meade. It's a 45 minute drive to D.C. if you want to do a quick drive to experience some of the historic areas. Breakfast was nice with a bit of variety over the week, having enough of a choice for any needs in this era, and was hot. Check out and check-in was smooth, and I used the WiFi to a few successful gaming sessions a couple nights.

Nice hotel. clean room. Staff is ok, could be more welcoming. Otherwise, everything is good.

We always stay at Hyatt hotels and are generally pleased. At the start of our trip we stayed here and were very happy. The night before we left for home we stayed again. The room was dirty. Attention to detail by housekeeping was not adhered to. The headboard was sticky and the room just had a dirty feel to it. I was not impressed.

It was a fine stay. It wasn't the cleanest but certainly not the worst.

The hotel was very quiet and clean. Nice comfortable beds and convenient location, close to most places we visited. The breakfast was good, not tons of options but it was good. I’m very pleased and I would visit again.

Loved my stay at this hotel, as I always do. Excellent staff. They were all very polite and helpful. The check-in and check-out was easy. The breakfast is what it should be and the dining room area is very clean. The room is spacious and clean. Hyyatt Hotel is one of my favorite hotel chain.

Good hotel, good complimentary breakfast. Local restaurants nearby.

I only reserved a room on July 4th so that my children and I could relax and enjoy the hotel pool since it was indoors and rain would not be a problem. When I checked in I was told that the pool would open at 2pm even though the pool hours listed in the facility said that on holidays it was open from 8:30 to 8pm. When I called the front desk at 2pm I was told that the pool would not open until 5pm. At 5:30 when my children and I arrived at the pool we were told that the pool would be open in a few minutes so we waited. At 6pm a very unfriendly staff member came to tell us that the pool would not be open at all. A whole day wasted. I was very disappointed and the front desk staff member treated us as if we had done something wrong to her.

The hotel location was great. Easy access to everywhere from here. the accommodations were very comfortable and exceed expectations; Staff was very courteous and helpful at any given time. Breakfast and gym was really good

Came with 5 kids for aquarium and had a perfect night with free breakfast for all. Plus pool tired out the kids just right.

Nice staff. Very close to the airport . I had no complaints. Will come back.

I stayed one night. It was perfect for the occasion. Lots of parking. Room and common areas were clean. It was very quiet.

We had a great visit to your hotel and attractions. We were visiting family as well as having family meet us at the Hyatt. Everyone was comfortable. The stay was very comfortable as well.

Nice clean hotel and the people were very nice. My husband left his wallet in the room, and they had the shuttle driver bring it to the airport. so helpful!!! Thanks.

Hello J, thank you for your feedback. I apologize that our pool was not open when you arrived. For safety reasons, if the pool is not at the correct chemical level, we cannot open it. In addition, I'm sorry the breakfast wasn't replenished in a timely manner. It is a great breakfast. We hope you give us another opportunity to show you that we do provide the service you would expect at a Hyatt.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Yes this power outage was an anomaly that created some additional demand in the area. Thank you for seeing the silver lining through this. We appreciate your business and hope to have you again.
