WE HAD A 9:30AM FLIGHT WE. WE DOWN BY 5 OF 6 BREAKFAST STARTS AT SIX . WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE. AND THE DRIVER RUSHED US. SO NO TIME TO GRAB BREAKFAST. AND NOT VERY FRIENDLY I MUST SAY. (COULD HAVE BEEN A LANUAGE BARRIOR.) THE SITE ADVERTISED A BAR THAT HAS NOT BEEN OPEN. OR NEVER OPEN.OVERALL I WOULD STAY AGAIN FOR THE CONVEINANCE. OVERALL, A VERY NICE STAY. My stay was 12 days. During that time the breakfast menu hardly changed. I chose Hyatt Place because I had a great experience at your SLC property. Breakfast was themed every day and changed so as not to be boring to long stay guests. Not so here. Boring, boring, boring. Additionally I had to ask for a room cleaning after 5 days and the room was obviously missing furniture as the room had many open spaces. I realize the hotel is undergoing renovations, but that shouldn’t affect my concerns. Next time I’ll look closer at Holiday Inn Expess.
