Nice property, conveniently located to BWI. I was disappointed that they didn’t have a microwave along with the fridge in the room. Also disappointed that you can’t see TV when you’re working from the desk. Not very well planned.
Property/rooms are starting to show their age. No easily accessible power outlets by the beds. Had to unplug the clock or a light to plug in phone to charge. 5th floor, and especially our room reeked of weed. Not the hotels fault, but certainly not pleasant. All in all a good stay except the lack of outlets that didn’t require going under a table to get to.
Great location. Close to several restaurants. Nice room layout.
The good: Safe. Free parking. Economical compared to other hotels locally. Breakfast included. Lobby clean. Staff were nice. The not so good: was charged $15 for early check-in. My room (think it was room 226) had the dirtiest carpeting I've ever seen in a hotel. It was ripped and stained. Also, the couch had stains. Otherwise, the room was pretty clean, except for a hair in the sink. It had normal wear and tear (not surprising in a less expensive hotel). Would have been nice if they provided a pad and pen. Considered asking for another room but was exhausted upon arrival.
One of the treadmills was out of order in the fitness room. They were entirely out of towels, due to a pool party. Finally, they charged my card for three nights, despite the fact that I only stayed one.
Not a typical Hyatt experience. Room smelled, refrigerator was missing, cob webs in the corner and you had to wait at least 5 minutes before the shower got hot water.
The staff was great. The room was not clean or sanitized when I got there, but the staffed jumped right on it and cleaned it. The sink and tub was stopped up, the phone didn't work, the outlets for our electronics didn't work. The sofa bed in the room was extremely nasty (dirty). There was a fight in a room near us and we couldn't even call the front desk. Safety is definitely an issue there.
Always a pleasure staying here. The staff as always was excellent and customer focus.
Terrible experience. 2 day stay, no tv no hair dryer 1st day. Had to be place in another room. 2nd room took 2 hours to get a tv remote. Only 1 set of towels and no wash cloths. No shower curtains. Load neighbor. Could not sleep.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness at this hotel (one of the reasons I chose the location based on prior reviews). The trash from the last guest was still in the room when I checked in and I have to wonder what else was not cleaned… So many stains on the rug and food thrown in the hall way. Never going there again.
Outside was fine…….
There was very limited dining and the breakfast was only slightly better than a bag lunch.
