Fortunately, we were only staying overnight so we could get a decent night's sleep before going to the airport to catch an early flight in the morning. The hotel was undergoing extensive renovation which was not mentioned in the reservation process at all. When we arrived, we walked all the way around the building before we figured out where to enter because the main entrance was blocked. The lobby looked like the aftermath of an explosion or other disaster. The staff was difficult to locate once we got inside. The room wasn't fresh and the air unit wasn't working well. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not the best either.

Check-in was hassle free and room was clean and comfortable. They didn't have the room I had reserved but offered me an option. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Although the hotel is going through a remodeling, overall the hotel was kept clean and tidy. The only problem was the Wifi connection- it was almost none existent and when I went to the front desk the lady gave me the phone number to IT support. When I called it was to Comcast- I hung up since it wasn't my job to fix the connection. We were only there for 2 days so I didn't worry too much about it. But if you care about Wifi just be aware that there's no good connection. Other than the Wifi, I would recommend this hotel. Great and convenient location!

Everything you need for airport hotel Everyone helpful and friendly except Liz at check in was rude, Luke to care less about us.

Really nice hotel. Unfortunately I had stayed during construction (repainting) and the exercise room and other amenities were limited. I'm sure they would be much better once construction is complete. There is a mail sorting facility across the street and you will hear what sounds like construction going on most of the night with the moving of heavy equipment and the constant beeping of horns as the trucks back up. Not so much that it kept me up but it was noticeable. Overall it was a nice stay though.

We were so impressed with the room , the staff, location and the shuttle. The only thing that could have been improved during our stay would have been the Television reception. The reception was great until the super bowl came on.

From the staff, to the room & location ! A++++ Love it there & ill be going back very soon . I didn't want to leave

This hotel is convenient to BWI airport and to the rental car return; they will pick you up at the car rental area if you call. In our room, the alarm clock was difficult to set, so we wanted the hotel to wake us by phone. The phone didn't work, so they sent a repairman to fix it. The king bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very small for a king bed. The bus for the airport took off about about 15 minutes late. The continental breakfast (opens at 4AM) was good; hot breakfast opens at 6AM, and we left too early to try it. The staff was very friendly.

Great hotel, boutique style. Spacious, new beds, furniture and all.

Good close to all the places I needed to go to gym was fun to work out in breakfast was great

Nice, quiet, and comfortable. Nice employees too. Great price for what we needed.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We needed to change rooms due to a lock issues and the staff took care of us right away

Stayed here for three nights . Hotel is under construction so they left the doors open all the time ! It was freezing cold ! Hot tub area was falling apart . Suite was nothing special st all . Not even anything on the walls or any decor to make it feel warm and comfortable. My bed was lumpy ;(.

My husband and I flew in from London that day and we were greeted by friendly faces and the opportunity to have a late check out!

Everything was great except we could not get our room very cool.

Great breakfast! Freedom to use the lounge after hours was great!

Hotel service was fine. Just an incident with an irate, loud and profanity spewing lady at the breakfast area that could not control herself and her phone calls. She let everyone around her know about her experiences and sad /hard luck stories - " possible that it is all in her head". But no one from the front desk stepped in to ask her to keep it down or excuse herself. What a way to wake up to breakfast and hear the #?@& coming out of that mouth. Have the front end be sensitive to this type of behavior. It intrudes on others that don't want or need to hear the #?@&. Other than that I would come back. Thanks for the clean and neat place.

Adequate for the price. The hotel was in a good location, near restaurants and the airport. I liked the shuttle ride in the morning to the airport. The Hotel itself was a little shabby and rundown looking. The room was clean enough, if you looked too closely you notice it wasn't as 100% clean as say a Hilton Garden Inn. But what mattered was clean like the bed and a bathroom. The service was great the guy at the front desk who checked us in and was in a great mood and cheerful. The bed was super comfy. The computer in the business center was very slow.

First of all , the hotel is under renovation, It not mention on the website.I stayed there September 2nd, Friday thru 5th, Monday, 2016, it was my first and last disappointing stay. If I knew this in advance I would have never booked it. The smell was awful. My first day, I had to ride the elevator up with a dirty trash bin to the third floor. The girl at the first desk was not sympathy to my need. I would had rather been asked if it was ok to place me in a handicapped room. I have nothing against anyone with a disability. I asked if there was any other room available, she reply the hotel was full and that their was nothing available. The dust in the room was thick on the lamps, coffee maker, tv and the microwave. I left several piece of papers on the floor just to see if the person would vacuum it up or at least remove the pieces off the floor. The pieces of paper, three (3) were visible to the eye about size of a penny. Guess what , when we returned back to the room those pieces were right where we left them. My husband and myself made the best of the stay mainly because the room was not refundable. In fact It was not the room I had picked on the website. If you view the room pictures on the website ,its appealing, disappointing in person. The pool area was not that clean.
