Very convenient to the airport. Shuttle service was great! Breakfast was typical. Got to the hotel around12:30 pm. Was told I couldn’t check in until 3pm unless I wanted to pay $25, which I thought was absurd. So I set up my office in the lobby and did the work I was planning to do in my room. The kicker was, at about 1:30 they offered to check me in and didn’t charge me. That just seems like crappy policy. Clearly they COULD check me in and not charge me, they chose not to. Very frustrating after flying in on the red eye. For that reason alone I wouldn’t stay at that location again. Plus the elevator was insanely slow. I learned to just take the stairs unless I was transporting my luggage.

One night stay before an early flight. Room was clean and cold! (It was a hot day!) Bed was comfy. A little noisy on the ground level parking lot side, but some white noise helped block it out!

The room had a very dingy and musty order. The elevator was dirty, hallway smelly and vending machine looked beaten up. Lastly the staff was unfriendly and had an attitude during check in.

Very nice hotel. Excellent. BUT the TV wasn't working. The person who came to the room to restart the TV didn't speak/understand English. We communicated with Google audio translation. The issue was resolved quickly, despite this unfortunate lapse of communication.

Dog poop was left on hall floor, Did not like that you couldn't get in to the hotel lobby because the bus was in the way and it was raining. Breakfast was not the best. Ask for clean towels but couldn't get tem. The saff was nice at the front desk Also the maid saff was ok.

This was a one night stay before an early flight at BWI. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Hotel is run down. There was a hole in the ceiling in the right hand corner of the room and there seemed to be mold in the ceiling of the shower with another hole.

Darlene at the front desk was really nice. The pool has been closed and they don't let you know before you book. Somehow they checked us out early on the day we were leaving so housekeeping came in when the DND sign was on the door and I was in the restroom. A lady was sleeping in her car with the car running and driver's door open. I woke her up and let the hotel clerk know. Heroin? There's one elevator so getting back and forth to the 5th floor can be a challenge.
