The front desk staff person was welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Breakfast items were well stocked and there was a variety of foods to choose from. The dining area was comfortable.

Everything looked good. The room was good but smelled of cigarette smoke. Probably gave us smoking room. The shuttle was delayed while waiting for the shuttle at the airport. Had to call numerous time in order to get someone to talk to.

It was Ok, but... staff could be more frendly and caring. Even though they help me when needed, their demeanors including face and body language were of a person who didnt care about anything other than getting their shift over with. Overall, will consider again if in the area.

This hotel is quite close to BWI and easy to reach from the Rental Car Center. The staff were friendly and helpful but the property seemed old and al little run down. When I arrived my room smelled moldy/mildewy and when I mentioned it to the front desk I was told they could not move me to another room and gave me a can of air freshener. Needless to say I was disappointed.

The rooms was clean, staff was nice. Did not us the shuttle at the hotel because i had a rental car. The shuttle at the rental car drop off was on time and got me to the airport on time for my flight.
