The front desk staff person was welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Breakfast items were well stocked and there was a variety of foods to choose from. The dining area was comfortable.

Everything looked good. The room was good but smelled of cigarette smoke. Probably gave us smoking room. The shuttle was delayed while waiting for the shuttle at the airport. Had to call numerous time in order to get someone to talk to.

Unfortunately there is no secure bag check if your flight times don’t line up with check in or check out. They ask you to leave them in the lobby by the door and with no identification.

We were bumped from a flight and had to make last minute accommodations overnight. They were very gracious in meeting our needs so we could check-in early. The staff was A+. The rooms were clean, the shuttle service was superb and having a buffet style breakfast before our flight was a bonusmoning flight

Yes, all was clean and the breakfast bar nice. The staff was accommodating and after a shuttle mishap, cold outdoors and another waiting was carried away before I reached the shuttle. The driver proceeded to hotel as I approached though I called, I waited near the exit inside the terminal.
A lazy day, napping off and on. No need to make up bed...
