Got in late.... called hours ahead of time.... no shuttle for late flights. Once we got to property... office locked.... employee in phone... made us stand there and wait 10 minutes with two kids to even acknowledge. Elevator broke... moldy shower...AC loud... bed had stain.... If you need a place to crash for a night.... cool.... other than that... nope

The motel is very close to the airport. Our room was quiet and clean and close to dining. Have stayed here before and will again on my future visits.

Quick, close to the airport and easy check in. The front desk people were very pleasant, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate a small change I needed to make when I arrived. Room was clean, tidy, comfortable bed and microwave and fridge a plus. I'll certainly stay here again.

This place was better than we expected for a Red Roof. For a Red Roof or any 3 star and below, I would rate it as a 4.8/5. The only minor issue was the bath soap wasn refilled before our stay, the bathroom shower curtain had a smell to it, and the wifi didnt work for the two days we were there. Other than that, we loved how clean the place was, the quality of the bed, the appliances, the location, and the abundant parking. We would definitely stay here if we were to visit Baltimore in the future, without checking anywhere else.

The Night time front desk clerk was the worst. Treated the AA family behind me like poop. He had to tell the clerk to get on it just to get anything done. He made us wait at the desk for 30-45 minutes at 230 in the morning. He had a very rude demeanor!

Terrible experience. Had to checkout as soon as I checked in and made another reservation at a different hotel for my stay. The room was smelling of whatever was smoked, several groups of guys loitering around smoking or whatever they were smoking. I felt really unsafe and i had to leave. They wont refund me.as well.as they didnt care that my money was wasted. Its better to waste some money and be sure that I'm safe. Complete garbage of a hotel. I'll stay clear

Stayed here 6 months ago the room was mediocre but the price was good, stay was fine then and shuttle service on point. This visit the stay was the same but the shuttle service was awful we waited 45 minutes for pick up, called 3 times and drive said they would be there in 10 minutes each time. After a very long day of travel that was not acceptable. Won't stay again.

The hotel property had litter on the parking lot, the starirs and the hallways. Hotel added an inexplicable $2.12 charge at check-in. I got what I feel was the worst room at the back of the property and I did feel safe. The AC in the room was turned off so the room tempature was 83 degrees. The AC unit was old and really loud and took an hour to bring the room tempature to 71 degrees. The soap dispenser by a sink next to the bathroom had no soap in it. Overall it was the worst hotel I have stayed in a long time.I feel I was ripped off
