BWI Airport Marriott

Hit & miss on employee friendliness. Surface scan of room looks clean, dust & dirt in corners and crevasses. Huge amount of fugitive light shines through the door;so you room isn't very dark. Noise! ...from the hallway, loud door locks & slamming doors, between rooms...sounded like the person next door was having in my room. In room coffee is disgusting at best. Hotel food was average quality but pricy.

Great visit, our door in Room: 624 had a 1/2" gap around the edge. Let's in alot of light and hall noise. Recommend fixing. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and excellent support from staff.

Not very friendly, late room service that did not match order, no meaningful attempt to resolve the complaints at check out

I stayed at this Marriott because I was flying out of Baltimore the following morning. The gentleman who checked me in was courteous and friendly. He was great and made me feel so welcomed! I went to Champions, the sports bar at the hotel, and had an enjoyable evening meeting and chatting with others who were passing through as I was. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. I had a positive experience and would definitely stay again!

Great! The staff was awesome. They have a some snacks/drinks, souvenirs, and toiletries you can buy at the front desk if you forgot anything and/or are hungry/thirsty.

Very good for my purpose of the ABET Board meeting AND convenient.

We chose to stay overnight at the Marriott because we had to catch an early flight out of BWI the next morning. Even though we checked in very late, they still had our room reserved. The room was very clean and comfortable. The next morning, the complementary airport shuttle was on schedule and got us to the airport very quickly.

We arrived late because of our flight so didn't have much time to experience much at the hotel. For the price that we have paid elsewhere, it just seems that the Marriott could offer a continental breakfast which has been offered for us at other hotels where we paid less or the same price, like LaQuinta in Burlington. We were just thankful to have a clean bed and some sleep/ Fran McCuistion

I could'nt get my thermostat to increase the room temp.

It's been a few years since our last visit, but my family has enjoyed multiple vacations at the BWI Marriott. This particular outing was for my adult nephew's birthday; he's an Oriole man. Even though I am a Reds woman, I also like the Orioles and I love, love, love Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

overall, the stay was good. I just think it was overpriced for an over nighter.

The lobby is very sleek and modern and I was initially impressed. The rooms were very average and mine had a bit of an odor. I must say the food was delicous from room service. For the price, I expected complimentary wifi in the room, however there was a 12.95 charge per day for wifi. Overall, I felt the lack of complimentary wifi and the average room, just didn't live up to Marriot standards and the price (over $200 per night.)

A business location for sure. Used by pilots as I saw several flight crews. My room was large, lots of everything and appointed very nice. No parking issues, good location-close to highways and harbor DT area. good breakfast buffet. Starbucks in the lobby was nice in the mornings, several computers for use in the business area.

The BWI Marriott was very close to the airport. We chose it because our son travels with his college football team and this was the team's choice of hotel. While it was not close to Navy, shopping, or the harbor area, the hotel staff provided us written instructions to those locations. My family enjoyed the breakfast buffet and there was also a Starbucks in the lobby. I wished there had been a personal safe in the room.

Found this hotel to be great. Check in was speedy, dinner was good, reasonably quite considering we were near BWI. They served Starbuck's Coffee during the next-morning's presentations we attended. Highly recommend if there is a need to stay near BWI
