Poor service-no tv- salmon was dry-overcooked
I arrived, walking slowly and with a cane and luggage. I was given a room at the end of a long hall, #128. 7:30-8pm to get a shower and some sleep before a 5:00 am flight. I was going to nap briefly and watch TV until 2 and shuttle to the airport. The TV did not work. I called the front desk and there was no one to could offer a solution or help.

It was for only one night but I enjoyed my dinner very much. Some of the best salmon I have had. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Will be sure to make a reservation for my next trip out of BWI.

I booked this hotel over others in the BWI airport area because it had great ratings as well as a restaurant onsite. I was immediately greeted in a sincere way by front desk staff upon entering, which hasn’t happened much when I travel but is nice when it does. Checking in was a breeze and took a minute or two. The lobby, elevators and hallway to my room were clean and smelled pleasant. When I entered my room, it also smelled pleasant and was very clean. I asked lobby staff if they recommended any food items from the menu and they had positive things to say about the food gave me a few recommendations. Although there were no vegan options on the menu, there were items that could be modified to meet those needs. The food was delicious (my compliments to the chef), and the service I experienced was excellent! During my stay, it was quiet. I was able to get work done without interruptions. If ever I need lodging accommodations in the BWI airport area, I plan to stay here again.
