Excellent customer service. Donnell and Tom really looked out for us. A great travel experience. Convenient to the airport. Shuttle service was a plus. The hotel is in an area with truck traffic which disturbed my husbands sleep but room request to move was honored and it worked out. Very comfortable hotel.
The hotel was very nice& clean .the staff members that greeted me at the front door were the best .it was Aly &Maggie.They explained to us all about ya services,ride to restaurants and back.told us good. places to eat.they were so pleasant and nice.I will def stay there again and recommend the hotel to my friends.Thanks for great customer service..
Housekeeping was only available if guest asked for it due to covid. I asked for the service on a day I knew I would be gone all day since early in the morning. When I got back to the room at night nothing had been cleaned. I was there for 5 nights and the trash piles up because they were able to clean due to “ shortage of staff” it was not a pleasant experience.

Certainly valuable feedback and I will share this with my team so we may address it internally. Not performing cleans on stayover rooms is an industry normal atm -- it really has nothing to do with being short staffed -- and in fact we are not short staffed at all. Hotels not cleaning stay overs is a cost cutting move to help hotels survive a very tremendous burden that the pandemic has caused. That is the reality of the situation that many will not share outwardly but that is the truth of the matter
