Hilton Garden Inn BWI Airport

3.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

We only stayed 2 nights but all in all it was good! The only reason for a 4 was, 1. The parking situation when we came back from dinner was crazy. We had to park so far, on the other side of the restaurant next door. 2. The bathtub was wonky. The tub was not level at all. To the point it was very awkward to shower. Lastly, the bed just wasn't that comfortable. It was very firm and no extra pillows. But the room was clean, the staff was very accommodating, they provided fresh fruit infused water in the lobby and they also had a shuttle to take you to the local bar. There area was perfect, as your near almost everything and the highway is just up the street. It was good for a short stay; a little pricey for an extended stay.

I finally found my go to hotel near BWI airport. I travel a lot through that airport and after bumming around I finally found the one!! Very clean hotel with the utmost courteous staff!

Too hot or too cold - poor bedding choices Terrible neck ache - poor pillow selections Restaurant overpriced - $8/glass for cheap jug wine

I frequent this hotel often and I've never been disappointed! From the front desk (greetings/acknowledgement) to the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast staff are exceptional as well. Having OCD to the fifth power and not a fan of hotel stay, I truly feel comfortable each time. I'm always disappointed when they're booked...lol Overall, this is by far one of the best from Customer service to cleanliness...5stars & 2thumbs up

Check in was fast and the room was nice and clean. Relatively quiet even though located near the elevator. Hotel itself is in an excellent location-- close to several chain restaurants and beside the highway. No issues. We did eat dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was sub par. The waiter wasn't very friendly and the food was the same quality as a TV dinner. But overall we were very happy with the hotel, the room, and the location.

Good location for flying from BWI. Not a 4 star hotel. Three stars at best. Bathroom was very small. The bathroom floor turned into a lake because the shower curtain was cloth so all the water accumulated in the curtain and onto the floor. The toilet handle was loose and felt like it could come off at any time. One night stay was OK but wouldn't stay any longer.

lovely hotel, complete with free shuttle to and from airport. only downfall was that it is advertised as having free parking, but they charge $15/day when you're NOT a guest.

The room didn't smell good had a wet smell and room was old looking.

Relaxing...pool, workout, food, overall everything was great food nearby u can walk to. I was happy!!!

The staff at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Also, the driver for the shuttle was helpful and nice. Our room was clean. We will definitely be coming back.

Overall, the hotel is nice. The lobby and breakfast area are well appointed. The room is refurbished. Beds are very comfortable. But the bath water would not turn off, and we could hear the water running even through closed bathroom door. Maintenance does not come in overnight so had to sleep (fitfully) through it.

Good hotel and accomodatipn. Friendly staff. Lived up to hiltons reputation for great lodging.

Can't complain. Being a diamond member, did not get the benefit that I am entitled to - may be they just forgot. Nice hotel, nice staff

Had to get a room because of a snow storm and had to be able to get to work. Room was great and comfy. Staff was super nice at the front desk. Had a great sleep.

The front desk staff was not welcoming, pool was cold, breakfast was not included, overall not what expected.

Plus: Great hotel, great value for money, convenient location near BWI airport

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The beds were amaizing. It was very up to date and had a excelent time. I will tell everyone about my stay

Good staff, clean rooms. Free coffee. Only negative was paying for breakfast.

Apparently there was some sort of flood or renovation going on, however the room was very comfortable and clean. The housekeeping was very noisy the next morning and there was construction going on. Very distrubing. Good value so I wont complain.

I recommend this hotel if you are just needing a place to stay near the airport at BWI. It is clean, convenient and a great price.
