Staff was great in all ny interactions. Room was fairly clean. However this was one of the loudest hotel's I have ever stayed at. Kids running up and down the halls unsupervised after 11pm. Slamming doors and doing ding dong ditch. Add in a 630am fire alarm that wasnt turned off until close to 730 and we didn't get a good night sleep at all.

Breakfast was good, area very comfortable and clean. Our room was very clean except for the floor. We accidentally spilled water on it. The cloth was came up too dirty! We reported it to the front desk. Handicap, shower was great. However th bed was too high for a handicapped person which I am.

Plus: Our room was clean, spacious and well appointed, and I loved the bathroom. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Negative: The mattress on the bed was a little too hard for me and I did not sleep well.

when I book this hotel room.I requested to set up the sofa bed and when we get there.They said they don't set sofa bed.so we got extra pillow and blankets to set up ourselves.When we took out the top. it has a lot of molds spots we have to spray some alcohol and put a lot of layers sheets .so disgusting and the second day we can not open our door with the key card.I wouldn't book this again
