I love aloft properties but this one seemed like it needed some TLC
I like the lobby design but the room was poor. Carpet was not laying flat, big black hair on pillow, sticky residue on side tables from adhesive that was one there (two strips from something that was once secured there), no button on the shower soap dispenser. BUT, it was only $99 a night so I put up with it.
Things to do at the property and around the property
Staff was friendly and attentive. Excellent locations for food, shopping, and entertainment. Also, having a shuttle is a plus. Certainly will be visiting again in the near future
Close to the mall and other shops. I love the nearby restaurants.
There was a large old/dried out leak stain above the shower. Other than that, it was great.
Front desk staff could have been more attentive during the check in process

Great stay. Clean. Comfortable bed. Trendy decor. Title in bathroom needed power wash. Great location.
Close to the casino and mall. Free 24 hour shuttle to take you to near by reaturants and airport.

OK THE SHOWHEAD WAS BROKE AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE FIX BY TIME WE COME BACK FROM AND EVENT WE ATTENDED AND WAS NOT THE TRASH CAN STILL HAD FOOD IN IT AND WAS NOT EMPTY OUT BY HOUSEKEEPER WHEN WE ENTER THE ROOM. OTHER THEN THESE TWO THING THE HOTEL WAS NICE
The room was small. The room door opened up directly to the bathroom sink. The lighting was very poor in the bathroom. Every day we were missing a washcloth, hand towel or bath mat.
