I sent a message about the possibility of having a shower stool/chair approximately two weeks before my stay. I never received a response and there was not a shower stool in my room. There was a long blonde hair present stretched over the alarm clock. The pillows on the bed were like boulders. There was a “rumble” similar to a motor running possibly originating from a unit on the roof located outside of my window. The air conditioning unit was inadequate and did not keep the room cool. It also was very noisy when it turned on. A high pitched tone occurred periodically throughout the night, possibly originating from the refrigerator. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the dispensers in the bathroom.

No ventilation in bathroom, Very wide gap beneath the room door. Not enough blankets/covers. Pillows were uncomfortable. Television you had to use your phone to get a channel. My stay was a complete disaster.

Property staff seemed a bit overwhelmed but friendly. Transportation to cruise port was great. Food cribs on floor between bed and nightstand upon arrival and stains on bath mat towel. Breakfast choices not like other Best Westerns and definitely unable to keep up with guest flow.

Booked here for airport shuttle service and indoor pool. Pool too cold. Ride to airport was great as well as the driver. Room 235 could use a deep clean behind beds and entertainment center and lamp shades. Guestcast feature on tv did not work. A qr code should've cone up and it didn't so i wasnt able to cast my own services. Also extension cords were very finicky. My son had to go down on the floor to flip the activation switch. Also phone in room was not hooked up or dead.

Toilet was clogged, but they let me use their plunger, i did it myself, the body wash was empty and there was just a little bit of shampoo, pool was very cold, coffee was not that good, they need to get another brand, breakfast was 4/10 it tasted and looked raw and undercooked. A pro though is that the bed and pillows are very comfortable
