This is a very clean, well-managed hotel. I will definitely stay here again. I found the Staff to be friendly and attentive. They provide comfortable, quiet rooms. Every detail is taken care of. I appreciated the complimentary coffee in the mornings, at the restaurant.

Before you go to bed, please check the condition of your bed. However, during our initial check in, my daughter found some candy derius and particles in the bed. And, there were human hair all over the bathroom floors. After getting those issues resolved we had a pretty good overall experience.

Staff was very friendly during our stay. Clean hotel inside and out. The ladies that worked the morning breakfast were extremely nice and helpful.I got the best rate in town for the three nights we were there! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

We look forward to staying at Hilton Garden Inns because they are usually better than most hotels. This one was an exception. Very old with remodeled rooms that are very small. Shower did not drain well so we were standing in water.

Excellent staff made us feel welcome and were attentive to our needs. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was huge and very good. We will stop by here next time we are in town. It was a great place for a meeting.

We really felt welcomed. They had everything we needed at hand and a grocery store was a quick drive away. Definitely a family hotel. My daughter is disabled and the staff were bery considerate of her.

Downgraded my room after I had booked it two months in advance, and checked in day before with digital key. They also didnt adjust price after the downgrade. Also, didn't even tell me it was a regular room after I had booked and paid for a queen suite. I found out when I walked in room. No Hilton honors perks. Not even bottled water. Never one single Hilton honor benefit whole stay.

Family and I spent Saturday night after a ballgame here. I'm a diamond Hilton so most of my travel is business related. This HGI facility is like most, fairly standard layout, clean updated rooms and friendly service. Hotel location is ok-near the airport and I-85 between Auburn and Opelika. On game weekends, breakfast is included here-a nice touch for a family. More like an Embassy Suites style breakfast, with made to order omelette. Donna, who ran the breakfast service, is impressive. She works extremely hard to please her many customers (gameday weekends are sold out at most hotels in Auburn), and she does her job with a cheerful and courteous attitude. I don't write many reviews, but she is the reason for this review, and she is the reason I will return to HGI Auburn.

Marked up rates 3x normal price due to high demand Homecoming & 'Fall Family Weekend' for freshman parents. I booked this over 3 months in advance and it was one of the only hotels listed in the area with availability. The room was average, bathroom reeked of bleach odor, bedroom ceiling had large brown water leak stain, not enough towels or washcloths each day, fitted sheet left on pull out sofa- wasn't sure if clean or not, had to change sheets to be sure. Definitely not worth the price we were charged to stay for two nights. The Italian restaurant next door (not affiliated with hotel) was the best part. Location was not bad from AU campus, considering gameday traffic.

We stayed one night on the way back home from Biloxi. Nice hotel. Check-in was easy and I was in the pool about 20 minutes after first pulling in to the parking lot. Has the usual HGI on-site restaurant and pantry, which is good since there are limited dining options in the immediate area that we or my GPS could find. Breakfast is $10.95 which is a bargain for what you get. Close to the airport so you may hear planes flying overhead but they didn’t bother us. Room was nice, bed comfortable and internet access good. No in room safe if that is important to you. Check-out was also easy and painless. Only issue I had is that somebody hit my SUV in the hotel parking lot while we were there (yes, I do a walk around at every stop and before getting back in the vehicle while traveling). Would stay here again if in the area and looking for a place to stay.
