New listing. Plenty of room with 4 clean bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which feature new, clean showers. Overlooking tennis courts, the apartment is also a short walk from a sand volleyball court, weight room, game room (with pool table and video games), a hot tub and a pool. Smart TV allows easy use of Netflix, Hulu accounts or whatever your favorite entertainment medium is. Wifi throughout with cable included. This is basically four hotel rooms under one roof for a good price.

The owner is great at communication!! Apartment photographs better than it is in person. It was very quiet. Had a good amount of space. We honestly checked out early due to need for a deep clean and good pest control visit.
