Worst hotel experience I've had. We made reservation 20 hours before needed. A few hours later we asked if we could cancel due to a medical problem and were told no refund was possible as it was against policy. The room was in fair condition, with the toilet paper dispenser falling out of the wall, and the curtain rod was loose and falling. We asked if we could check out at 1pm instead of 11am as we were attending a funeral and were told we would be charged $30, ostensibly because of other reservations. They were far from full! Strongly recommend against staying at this location in Marietta Gerogia!:(

Property is close to the interstate and in close proximity to the Galleria.

It was a basic hotel. Nothing special, no carpeting in the room we stayed in.

Rooms were clean up regularly however Clothing iron board was broken, main entry door was damaged

I was killing roaches everyday I was there ! I was scared to sleep with cover due to so many dirty spots and holes in it.

My stay was comfortable. I was there to attend a performance and enjoyed the hotel.

Hotel seems to be recently renovated and modernized.

So much different from pictures online. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Room was big quiet and clean. Close to six flags white water and hwy. Felt safe. Bed was comfortable. Not much to eat for free breakfast. Only cereal and toast and can't take it to your room. That was the only negative.

Room was clean but in need of some minor repairs. The main problem is lack of soundproofing in the walls and ceiling. We heard the people walking in the room above us and there were people outside the room arguing at 2:30 a.m. It was cold and we needed more blankets

Garbage outside overflowing cigarette burns on the blanket.door didn't look to secure paint chipping from bathroom ceiling but it was clean just old looking .staff was pleasantly nice I would stay again but only a last resort

The room smelled as did the bedding. The key card didn't work. The night manager gave me a tutorial on how to use the card...lol...with instructions to be very quick putting and pulling out the card. To be clear I've used key cards before maybe over 1,000 times and to get a tutorial at 1:30am while very entertaining was not what I needed.

Got there later than expected went into room went to bed then got up early for appointment then went home.

Booked room for one night originally, decided to stay for 2 nights. I had to change rooms for the second night....hated it. The first room seemed clean and somewhat decent besides the employees loving next door fussing loudly on the early morning. Then the second room was horrible. It smelled of dead animal and had icky carpet and dirty walls along with shower. The exterior of the hotel needs some attention as well. I wouldnt stay here again

Value priced and got what I paid for. Location right of interstate but not the best part of town.

It was normal just wasn't the nicest hotel to stay at for vacation but great for quick stay

Nothing fancy but good price, clean and close to shopping and dining.

Excellent cable selection! More channels than the average hotel!
