Great shower - hot and powerful. Clean and very workable for a few days - Big fridge and two burner stove. We also love that they take dogs.
Worst customer service from a hotel ever. Hotel called and canceled my room at 545 pm. I was 5 minutes away. Told me my room had water damage from previous guest. This is troublesome because checkout is 11am and check in starts at 4. So obviously theres an issue. Im either being lied to because my room shouldve been ready before check in. Plus they charged me and for almost 100 more than what I booked.
I am very skeptical on where I stay when traveling especially if I have never stayed in a specific hotel, however I will say candlewood was exactly what was in the pictures online. Clean, courtesy front desk, the room had dinner ware, stove top microwave and refrigerator which was super clean. They had a sitting area outside with a grill. I really can say I will definitely return to Candlewood again.

Nice comfortable suite. Only real issue is TV service. Limited channels, not “smart” tvs and lots of buffering
