Extremely friendly valet, bellman, front desk, and phone desk. Clean room with VERY comfortable beds and a good floor plan. Restaurants served delicious food. Check in to the airport was very close and easy. I usually hate Marriott Bonvoy Hotels but the Westin has maintained its standards.
There was so much do on the property, you didn’t have to leave! The outdoor pools were amazing, could spend hours in the lazy river. The food was phenomenal at Monte Jade and the snacks at the sports bar were delicious!
Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was always helpful. it would have been nice to have a hot tub available. it was especially nice to have the cleaning staff present every day to freshen up things.
Great price for something cheap and quick to get back to the airport. I would stay again if I needed to in the future and I would recommend to all my friends.
It was close to a 7-11 and the airport and easy to get on the freeway
The front desk let us check in very early since we were coming from cross country. It was extremely helpful and accommodating. You can’t beat the location and parking
It was fine. Mid range hotel near the airport. A little run down compared to a newer hotel. But clean sheets, functional bathroom, good shades made it a pretty typical hotel. Neither overly good or bad.
Very good location! Very close but not "on" the 16th street mall, the art museums, the capitol and courthouses. We liked this hotel (ok. hostel!) from another era. The building has not undergone any major renovations to change its character. We had a separate room with bath. The bathtub was a claw ...
Great breakfast. Everything was fresh and warm. Hotel was quiet. No children screaming through the hallways. Super friendly staff. Excellent place to stay!
Everything was great. Just when we wanted to check out we didn't see anyone for a while so we had to leave our key in the front desk. Not knowing if we were able to be completely checked out. Overall good. I'd stay again.
