Best landing I’ve had!
Great flight. Sweet Staff!
Good and friendly staff
Nothing else to add
Felt like a loser for buying a cheap seat. Load last, worried about room for carry on, negitive text from the airlines about buying a cheap seat...
Even with the Government partial shut down, the TSA were maned and friendly. A special Thank You to them. American Airlines made my trip great also. Restful.
American Airlines was great. Dallas/Fort Worth Airport is the worst. $15-$20 salads. Difficult to get a meal between flights when you have to travel terminal to terminal.
I hate getting charged for baggage, i get free bag check on southwest and united but forget about your airline digging me when i was booking , not sure why i even have your credit card and earn miles
Would be nice to have TVs in front of you.
Missed connecting flight due to waiting for first classes snacks.
our flight got delayed and we missed the whole first day of our trip. we are really upset and are hoping to get compensated for the inconvenience.
Overall just horrible. Given a choice in the future I'll choose another airline.
Hello, I had a flight from Portland to Dallas (1615) and one from Dallas to Orlando (925) today. My first flight was delayed for 54 minutes, hence I missed my connection flight. Then I was booked for another flight from Dallas to Orlando which was also delayed for 1 hour. In addition to the delays, the gates changed three times. I always fly with Delta because I am their skymiles member and because they are a very reliable airline. I chose American Airlines for the first time because they had better flight time options. I highly regret that decision. I have never had this much delays and such a negative experience with any airline before. I will never consider American Airlines for any of my future travels because it did not meet even my minimum expectations of a major American airline. This trip was a total disappointment and disrespect of my time and trust. Please address these issues to prevent future passengers from having such a disastrous experience. Esmat Matin
Delay of our very first flight caused us to have to completely change our flight plans otherwise we’d miss our connecting flight. This caused us to have to leave a day later eating a day of our annned vacation. The issue I was told was due to the flight crew not fully available. I can understand a weather issue but not being able to staff your crew and causes us a full day delay is inexcusable in my mind.
Plane sat on tarmac for 45 minute upon arrival in Dallas causing us to miss our connecting flight and miss our cruise. Still don’t know where our baggage is. They said delays were caused by ‘bad weather’ but no other airlines seemed to be affected. Suspect American is just overbooking their gates at the airport. Our flight to Miami was also 30 minutes late waiting for a gate. Will avoid American Airlines when possible in the future.
Traveling with a child extremely hot
The person next to me was obviously too large for a seat in economy and I was forced to be in an uncomfortable situation where I was unable to fully occupy my own seat.
I booked this flight back in March and I had a small carryon suitcase but I had to pay to check it in. Very disappointing!
