Online info needs to be updated. We picked this hotel because it said they had a shuttle and bfast. Well they don't and haven't since covid started. We picked this hotel for those 2 things. The hotel itself is nice though.
Hotel was clean and employees were very helpful. What I didn't like was the noise frim the customers in the next room. Kids and Mom loud until 11pm, and started bavk up at 5:45 am
Great location to distilleries and restaurants. Close to airport. Hotel was clean and modern decor. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay at the Aloft again.
Coffee maker in room did not work. Handset on phone in room did not work.

Requested room to be changed due to extremely strong smoke odor and cigarette burn marks on bathtub. Property is dated but rooms have been updated
No wash-cloths. We did not have a microwave or refrigerator in the room. I would not recommend staying at this location.
The little library was cool and different. I also liked the room with jacuzzi tub
