Very clean property nicely decorated inside and out the room was very clean and very well put together. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful and the room was very accessible for not being an accessible room. We did not request an accessible room, but I am very happy to say that it was very accessible nonetheless extremely nice hotel.

Our AC wouldn’t allow the room to go below 74 the entire stay. The bathroom had previous guests hairs in shower and on wall. The water for the room was already gone before we got there (not sure if we got charged $7.00, but I would have paid it b/c I was thirsty and had nothing).

Overall my stay was amazing. I expected a little more with it being more of an upscale hotel. The lobbies were upscale but the room was basic but nice and spacious. We were in the west tower and doors had to be basically slammed to shut. View from 21st floor was amazing. The shower and sink water did not get hot but got warm. There were a decent amount of channels but no option for streaming services. I ordered DoorDash and had to go to the East tower concierge to pick it up which was inconvenient but I understand the rules. Parking was very interesting and dark not sure if it was construction going on. If I would have knew that I would have just valet my car instead. I have a Kia Sorento and I was afraid I wasn’t going to make it in the garage but I did. The west tower had parking but it was not for the Galt House I believe it was public parking. When I first got there housekeeping was cleaning the restroom in the lobby and I was told I could not use it but the desk said she should have let me in. My instructions to get to my room was to take the elevator or escalator to third floor then walk over the indoor bridge but bar area instead of going out the front door and crossing the bridge over to the west tower. I wish they would of gave me both options. I asked for towels and extra blanket and received those very quickly and I used text messaging to text the front desk. Small changes will make this hotel amazing.

We really enjoyed the view of the river and walkable to the Big Four Pedestrian Bridge which is stunning at night!

When I checked in I was given a key to a room that had been occupied or was currently occupied. There was tons of garbage and the room was a mess. It also smelled like smoke. I went back to the front desk to get another room which they gave me but this room was next to the original room and smelled like smoke. The floor that I was on was loud with people partying into the early morning hours.
