The room was large and quiet. We did appreciate the proximity to walk to many attractions. The mattress was worn on one side so sleeping was difficult. We also requested more towels and blankets with no response! Overall the stay was adequate but not overly special.

The check-in staff were exceptionally good. My room was dusty but reasonable. Room service was very good. We had a bad scare when somebody banged our door in the middle of the night to tell us that the hotel is on fire. We had to run down the steps (from the 14th floor with bad knees) only to be told when we reached downstairs that it was a false alarm. We never received an apology.

Parking was an issue. After going to the parking garage and my truck was too tall, I was told to go to another parking garage which has a full sign. I would have thought they should have known about this before sending me there since it's their garage. It would be nice if they assigned you parking in the garage under the tower your room is in. Seems like a simple fix to enhance a guest’s stay.
