The room was wonderfully decorated and clean, and the shower was amazing. Service was also great: Linda shlepped up a flight of stairs at 10 PM to get an extra coffee for me, and Kevin at the front desk was consistently friendly and professional. Wild Swann, the hotel restaurant, has both great food and drinks; I highly recommend the Beet Salad. If you get Travis as your bartender, you are in for a treat: this guy should be a comedian. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Louisville.

We had a pleasant stay at the Grady Hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating from start to finish. We were initially placed in a room near the elevator, but after mentioning the noise, they quickly moved us without any issue, which we really appreciated. The room and bathroom were very clean overall. We did notice some stains on the bed sheets, which was a bit disappointing, but aside from that, everything was well maintained. The on-site restaurant was a highlight of our stay—the ambiance was great, and it had a really nice vibe. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, with several museums and downtown attractions within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Overall, a solid experience with excellent service, and we’d consider staying again.

Room desk had some kind of white grease or lotion all over it. The mirror in the bathroom was covered in dusk. There were only two bath towels for a room of 4. For $300+ a night it really offered nothing except Instagram pics

Both the valet attendant and front lobby concierge were extremely welcoming and helpful getting me settled in and oriented to the hotel’s offerings as well as very knowledgeable about the hotel history and things to do nearby. I was very impressed and appreciate their level of service. I had breakfast at Wild Swann the next morning and the gentleman facilitating breakfast service was equally impressive with top notch service and menu options.
