Got in very late at night. I had received a text message to go ahead and check in online to expedite my check-in process, which I did. Well, when I arrived, I had to fill out everything all over again. He didn't have any of the information from the online process. So ignore the text message.

Not the best but not the worst by far!

Customer service at the front desk was the best part. The room was tiny, over priced(though given the high demand during the festival i get it),decently comfortable bed, and clean room. Though there was some toilet paper jammed in the corner of the ceiling in the shower. Could use a bit of an update!

Bathroom was in disrepair, was afraid to use the shower. Did not have a coffee makes, ice bucket, or do not disturb sign and cleaning staff just walked in .Very dirty outside and people were outside in parking lot disturbing us when ever we went outside.

There was a staff member accusing me of keeping dogs in out room. She said she saw me put them in mu truck. Problem was I have no dogs and i was in a car. I told he she was more than welcome to look in my car. She would not respond to me then. And it was very run down and dirty

Checked in to dirty bedsheets and towels. Then the toilet handle broke so we had to remove the lid to flush the toilet: coped off our stay by finding a roach crawling across the bathroom sink. Bright lining we accidentally left the car unlocked all day and no one bothered it.
