Rooms we're big, guy who checked me in was very friendly, didn't catch his name though. Only complaint was that the breakfast was very limited. And garage wasn't very clean. But not a bad stay.

Location

Our stay was very pleasant. Walking distance to the KFC YUM center. Clean rooms and the staff was super friendly. Definitely would stay here again!

Property was ok. Showing a little age. Bathtub was rusty in a few spots.

The rooms are not clean at all. I do not know how the cleanliness ratings are so high. Room service never came the 4days 3 nights I was there. The first room given to me was absolutely nasty. The covers were stained there was brown and red stuff on all the walls, red and black stuff on the carpet, white residue on the chair, the bathroom wall next to the toilet paper holder had brown stains on it. The tub and sink were dirty. There was hair in the bath tub amd sink counter. I was given another room without hesitation. Thank you to the young women who was at the front desk who even upgraded my room. However, although the second roon was a bit cleaner, there were fewer red and black syains on the carpet, more dust, counter tops and walls were stained, one light over the bed didnt work, bathroom shower floor was gross. The batheroom with tge toilet had a small sink and splatter on the walls. I didn't even bother to ask for another room. Thank God I travel with my own bed protectors and sheets, shower shoes, towels and such. Never ever again staying at this hotel or recommending. The free food was ok. Glad it was free.

I didn't get to stay at Springhill because they overbooked the hotel so they had to put me up at the Fairfield (sister hotel attached to same location). The AC in my room was broken and wouldn't stop blasting freezing cold air - even turning it off completely didn't work. When I woke up my room was 61deg. The staff and management were fantastic and deeply apologetic. I was refunded for the 1 night stay and ended up staying somewhere else for the second night. Great staff - bad conditions.

We checked into our hotel on Friday February 25th and out on Sunday February 27th. The check in was easy and at check in we were informed that the pool was closed for that day for repairs and would be re-opened the next day, Saturday, at 10AM. We paid to park for Friday and Saturday at $19 per day. Our room was standard and clean but definitely dated. There was spots on the wall where fixtures had been ripped off and the wallpaper was coming off. There was food on our sheer curtains and rust on the speakers of the clock radio alarm as well as the bathroom fixtures. We had 2 rooms. Both rooms had maintenance issues. On Saturday morning when we went down to eat breakfast there was scrambled eggs and sausage patties. The eggs were green and the patties were grey and very dry. We tried to express concern to the breakfast attendant but she was in the back crying and yelling at what appeared to be management. There was no bowls for cereal or oatmeal. The oatmeal was ¾ water and had to be drained off. The attendant eventually came out to check the food and saw that it was green and grey and she just added more to the piles of food. That food was also discolored. The breakfast attendant was not wearing a hairnet and had extremely long hair. We left for the day and returned to our rooms around 5PM. We tried to get some of the complimentary coffee in the lobby but it was empty. We asked if they could make more and they said “right away”. We went back to our room fo

I love that the parking garage was right besides the hotel. However my wife was really looking forward to the inside pool but it was ice cool so that was a bummer.

Everything was in order in this hotel. Check in was easy. Breakfast was good with a very nice dining room with big windows looking out upon the city. Rooms were newly finished. Staff was top notch. A great experience!

Convenient location, clean rooms, friendly staff.

All was good except I was disappointed that during a pandemic there was an open breakfast bar where people all took food from the same serving dishes.

The pool and bed

Great room setup, nice and new

The room had some nice features. However there were dead cockroaches on the floor, the carpet had some stains, and there was a used cigarette on the floor as well.

Wreck in the parking garage, noisy people in hallway, and blood on the floor of the 8th floor hallway
