I enjoyed the stay and it was very close to the event i was going to

good location, clean, good sized rooms. Breakfast is good, staff attentive and fast.

My family of five stayed three nights at the hotel. Nice and clean with comfortable beds. Even the pullout sleeper couch was nice. Only negative on the room was the layout in regards to the bathroom. It was at the end of the bed with sliding translucent doors. Not much privacy to do your business. Pool was not very large but did the trick and the kids loved it. Continental breakfast was better than expected. Parking can get full quick on the weekends but we had no issues. I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean, nice and had many extras. I would definitely stay again. It was a great value.

Large, comfortable suite and friendly service. Location good and restaurants / entertainment within walking distance in downtown Louisville. I would recommend.

It is very nice hotel. Very clean room and friendly staff. Somethings not very comfortable is noise from police car and fire department during the night.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Very clean, location was great and the room comfort was unbelievable.

This was a nice place for a quick family getaway. Room was modern and clean. Bigger than an average hotel room, and the location was convenient to the riverfront strip of restaurants and theaters.

I needed a hotel last-minute for five people. We were staying for less than 48 hours, so location, ample room and price were all important. We stayed in a queen suite with two queen beds and a king-sized pull-out couch. We were within walking distance to the Ohio River and 4th Street, with free breakfast and complimentary wifi. The hotel and the workers were beyond great! I haven't had this nice of a stay in a long time. We were grateful to have such a lovely experience to welcome my brother home from his deployment!

Well...when we checked in there was a pretty gnarly stain on our pull-out sofa bed. It was pretty gross and looked like bacon grease. When I informed the front desk they were incredibly apologetic and courteous and said they wouldn't charge me for it and would take a look at it to make sure it wasn't unhygienic for my family and me to stay there despite the ugly stain. When we returned to our room the stain was still there and they didn't mention it again. There was also a fire alarm that was pulled in the dead of the night and the entire hotel had to be evacuated and the Fire Department was called in. It was an incredible nuisance and inconvenience. They slipped a, "we are so sorry about this," note under our door the following morning but I think a discount in the future or some other little perk would have done a lot more to help their cause. It was a great room and everything but I probably wouldn't stay there or recommend it to anyone in the future.

As the title states, its a good place to stay if your planning on hanging around louisville.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. The hotel location is perfect because you can walk to the restaurants and 4th Street Live. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is just a couple of blocks from the start and finish of the race. When I check in, the super friendly staff offer waters and Gatorade to all runners, which was a nice touch. Allowed runners a 1pm check out time. Was also very reasonably priced in comparison. The room was very nice and updated.

We were in town for a wedding and choose this hotel above all the others based on reviews and photos. Our first room was nothing like the photos just a bed and a chair. Our second room was a suite but lacked a second nightstand, there was no bureau or closet space. The hanging space ( even after we took out the ironing board ) was less then 8 inches! We had to stuff 3 formal dresses and a tux in and there was not enough clearance over the tiny drawers in the closet to hang a shirt or pair of pants. The towels were very thin and rough, the shower door leaked and the carpet very stained. There was not a restaurant on site and the breakfast was poorly stocked on the weekend. The hotel was over run with dozens of unsupervised children in the elevators, breakfast area and pool making these areas unusable. Cramped parking that we had to pay for and no valet service. Poor location - a pawn shop and gas station were the only nearby businesses in sight. The Internet was down most of our stay, unable to work or stay in touch with other wedding guests. Pretty sure the nasty cold I brought home is from the unsanitary conditions...

My family had a great stay! Walking distance to many of the downtown attractions and restaurants. The staff made it a great experience, hats off to them!

Great location. Close to 4th street live. Nice walk to river. Room was perfect had a suite slept 5

I was a little disappointed that when we got there I found out that you had to pay for parking per a night. When I read the information about the hotel I didn’t see this listed. For the price of the hotel I do feel that this was a little ‘low brow’( I have stayed at a four star hotel that did not charge parking). I also didn’t care that the hotel took it upon themselves to assume that I would be spending x amount of money per a night on products they had on hand. The money was released back to my account the day after checking out but that did interfere with my budget for the stay. I’ve stayed at other hotels and they didn’t do this-hence the surprise. I will in the future try to avoid a Marriott stay if possible but if I can’t I now know what to expect and can make the proper arrangements.

We were there for Thunder so the rates had been hiked up but the rooms were clean and roomy. Bed was a little soft for my taste but everything else was good. Had a parking garage which came in handy. Easy to walk to anything downtown.

You're not going to be blown away, but the room was clean, and there's free breakfast!

We stopped in Louisville for the day on our way to Alabama. This hotel easily found right off I-65 and conveniently located to the Museum Row. The free breakfast was great! The room was updated and trendy. It was also one of the few locations we could find with an indoor pool for the kids to enjoy (harder to find the further South you go). We would definitely stay here again.
