Well the breaker kept flipping, the first time they came and done it, so every other time we did it bc we didn’t want to wait on someone to come fix it! Then then next morning we got woken up to the fire alarm went outside and waited 30 mins for it to be a false alarm! So needless to say the room was great the hotel was gorgeous, the people were super nice but the experience was not good! I have to stay again in a couple weeks and I might have to choose a different hotel! I hate to do that bc the place was beautiful but I am not going to pay almost $80.00 to have a bad experience when all I needed was sleep!!!

i paid for my room online. I arrive at the hotel to be told they had no room for me. the called to the hotel and ask if they this room open. They saidn they had the same room that I paid for at the next hotel so I go next door to get room. I get my so they said and when i get in my room it is two rooms with two beds. Now I am alone so there I was. So think they wanted me two stick two beds to make one. This was the worst time I had all year. I spend a lot of time in hotels'

Trying to use the wifi was difficult. I could connect but was unable to do anything. I had to call the front desk and they gave url code I needed to use he wifi. This information should have been provided when I checked in. Also the so called restaurant is a joke. Just like the courtyard I stayed at in Albany, Ga, it has only one person working so it takes forever to get cold eggs. Also the prices of the items on the menu are way overpriced. I will never stay at a courtyard again.

Staff was amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, cheerful, and they ALL went over the top to provide extra special care for every request.

Awesome staff.... friendly & efficient. Even the shuttle drivers were informative and helpful. Clean room, hallways, and common areas. The dining room staff are friendly and the food was delicious. Hotel is close to the airport. Prince is reasonable.

Very comfortable accommodations. I was traveling alone with my 10 month old and it was a great stay. The staff was courteous and exceptionally helpful. Excellent location as well. Overall fantastic experience.

Bar and kitchen service AWFUL!!! Thank goodness there were plenty of restaurants around. Not one person seemed to know what they were doing behind the bar. It took 35 minutes to get a sandwich. Took 15 minutes to get a box of cereal and a carton of milk. The bartender didn't know how to make mixed drinks. So be easy on her and order a bottle beer otherwise you will never get a drink

I thought the hotel was very nice, up-to-date and very clean. It would have been great if Continental Breakfast was offered. In my search for a hotel, I thought this hotel offered the free Continental Breakfast. Honestly, I would NOT stay here again, because you do not offer the Breakfast. For the price of the room, free breakfast should have been included. Outside of that, I really liked the hotel.

pro - close to airport, free airport shuttle (super nice driver), free shuttle to selected restaurants nearby cons - front desk is always gone, waited both check in and out because there's no one there no complimentary water in the room, no free breakfast, paid breakfast menu is very limited

Clean, new, comfortable, quiet, good location. Worth the price

The staff there was very accomodating and friendly. The hotel was very clean in fact they were steam cleaning the carpets in every room while we were there. The bed was comfortable. The location was great as it was near the airport.

Clean Hotel. great location. Lots of restaurants nearby!
