The neighborhood surrounding Kathy’s Place is absolutely lovely and very community and locally driven. Walking around the area is inspiring; the architecture and preservation is beautiful! Located a block from Ashland: Henry Clay`s Estate which was established in 1811 and is a beautiful preserve of historic property and nature. Tons of shopping, restaurants and bars in Chevy Chase, Downtown and the Warehouse Block. Grocery, liquor store, drug store all within a mile.

Lextran picks up nearby and has frequent scheduled runs to Downtown and Keeneland Race Track. Location is about a $5 Uber/Lyft to downtown/Rupp Arena. 40502

Guest must notify us if they have a pet and provide details. Please note that only dogs are allowed and there is a 2 dog maximum under 40 pounds . A pet fee of $150 is required. Pet Fee will be added at booking. If there is a longer than month stay, the pet fee could be additional. This is a short term rental so please make arrangement for your mail or set up a PO Box. We can`t be responsible for mail delivery. Any mail or packages that arrived after your stay will be marked return to sender. There will be a $500 refundable damage security deposit put on as hold put on your card a few days before check out that will come off a few days after check out if there is no damage. Thank you.
