The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart. As our attempt to check in early failed only because the room wasn’t ready yet, she gave us directions and restaurant ideas so we could have a nice meal and drinks before the game. The room was clean and inviting. The complementary drinks and great breakfast was a plus!!

The property is in a nice quiet area close to the UK campus. However, while we were there it was under construction. The staff was very nice, apologetic and informative of this situation. Approximately half of the hotel was under construction and made the upper levels difficult to navigate because of some of the areas being roped off. The breakfast in the mornings and snack/drinks at 5pm were nice. The bartender was very friendly and easy to talk to. I would stay here again and hope the construction is done by the time I am back in town.

This is a great hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. They are renovating, but that doesn't affect your stay at all. They are doing a great job of renovating without disturbing your eperience. VERY happy with this stay, and we will be back.

Breakfast was marginal. Many of the food items were empty…it is lovely to offer a reception with beverages and snacks, but the were no snacks- empty and the house wine left a lot to be desired. Our experience at this Embassy Suites was very different from stays at other properties.
