This hotel is a gem. I was having surgery the next morning, and the convenience and proximity to the hospital was unbeatable. The decor, I would describe as having an industrial feel. The rooms were clean and smelled amazing. The bath towels were as tall as I am at 5’2”. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion were a brand that I had to research because of their intoxicating aroma. Malin Goetz was the brand. The beds and pillows were comfortable. You won’t find those gaudy bed comforters or curtains that are in most rooms. The carpets were not stained. The only negative was the lack of a chair. We had a bench and in no way was it comfortable. The tables that could be pulled up to the bedsides were a bonus though. I was overall pleased and would stay again as well as recommending to others.
With the amount of money spent per night for this Hotel, I expected more.($300 )I expected a boutique hotel; it is basically a repainted Extended Stay. When we arrived in the room, there was no luggage rack, so we had to unpack from the floor. We asked for one, but they did not have any. There were no drawers to place items and only 6 hangers for the 2 of us. One hand towel had pretty nasty stains on it.We asked for blankets for the bed instead of the comforter, but they did not have any and offered some throws. There were no hooks in the bathroom for towels. There used to be one on the old door, but it was missing. When they made up the room, they did not replace the complimentary water bottles or bar of soap and they gave us one towel even though the room was for 2 people. The lobby and restaurant are appealing, but the restaurant is so busy on the weekend evening, there is no parking for guests.
The food downstairs was amazing, staff is friendly, very clean! 10/10 recommend!
No Breakfast on weekend; no ice; no comfortable chair
Doesn’t feel like anyone is running the hotel, room didn’t get serviced one of our nights. overall not satisfied with the cost to service ratio
I loved this property! It was very clean and had a nice smell, not like other hotels. The decor was very trendy. I especially loved the live plants in the room. The location is right beside a busy road but it was still somehow quiet. Parking is self-park but is very convenient. There are many dining options nearby but there is also a bar and restaurant on site.
Charming, spacious, clean, great atmosphere
The staff at this hotel is TOP NOTCH. Every person we spoke with could not have been nicer or more welcoming. I know it was the first few weeks they’ve been open and it couldn’t have been easy but they made it seem that way!!! The only thing I’d say wasn’t great was the bed. The bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable and the bedding wasn’t soft and cozy. But if that was the worst thing, there isn’t much to complain about. Like I said, overall, it was a great experience and will definitely stay again if I’m in the area. Well done!

Dear Carrie,Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We apologize wholeheartedly for accommodations that didn't deliver the value and high standards you expected. We also regret that our lobby and restaurant, while inviting, were very busy at the time. Our complimentary parking, however, is ample, and finding a spot isn't usually an issue. Your feedback will aid us as we work to improve our guest experience. We appreciate you reaching out and hope for an opportunity to deliver a better stay in the future.

No Breakfast on weekend; no ice; no comfortable chair
We do have breakfast on the weekend! Just not on Mondays, sorry about the inconvenience. We do have Ice on the second floor, and plenty of comfy seating. But we do greatly appreciate the feedback.
