We had to change rooms because the toilet wouldn’t flush. The tissue holder was empty in both rooms.

Room 119. The bathroom mirror frame was broke, paint drippings in tub and sink and the shower walls(where it meets the tub) was a very dark unknown substance.

Sheets seemed clean, but long hair in the tub, spots on the mirror, dirt smears around the room. There was bedding at the end of the hall. I felt there was effort to keep the hotel clean.

Great little place to stay the night. Friendly, welcoming staff and a great breakfast in the morning.

I booked 3 rooms at the Microtel for Friday-Sunday. In one room the shower didn't work. In another room we had a late check-in on Saturday and was told by front desk that since Friday was a no-show for the room they had it booked, fine. However, check-in per the sign in the hotel is at 3:00. At 6:00 on Saturday when my friend tried to check in, we were told the room was not cleaned yet and that we would have to wait. I also overheard while at the front desk that they had given a key to someone who had just checked in and those people walked in on other people in their room, aka it was double booked. Poor management and no organization/ urgency to solve a problem. We were told "Sorry, we are short staffed" which is no excuse for not having a room clean 3 hours after we were supposed to check in.

I waited in line for thirty minutes to check into my room. There was garbage all over inside the building. Dog crap in the floor. I couldn’t shower because it didn’t work! Washed my hair in the sink and then the hair dryer didn’t even work! Sheets were dirty, the entire room was grimy! No coffee in the morning. Smoke alarms were chirping all night so obviously had dead batteries! Many other guests were loud and partying and banging on the walls. Horrific stay. Want a full refund!

Great price, fast check in

This was one of the grossest places I’ve ever stayed. Bathroom ceiling was wet and soggy and crumbling. Our room smelled like we were sleeping in an ashtray. The people simply walking around upstairs sounded like elephants. There were dead ants everywhere. Disgusting! If it wouldn’t have been after midnight and that we couldn’t find anything else we would have left!

The room had not been swept. The shower was broken and the plug in for the hair dryer was in a location that you could not use

Simple with no-frills, but clean, safe and friendly staff.

Small, awkward entrance and check-in was lengthy. The back entrance door near our room was propped open with a cigarette butt container for a few smokers outside - security issue and a bit sketchy. We parked in front afterward. Room was very small and the carpet felt damp, closet door was about to fall off. Bed was comfortable. For the price it's an okay hotel, but wouldn't stay there again.
