The room was extremely hot. We turned the thermostat to 60 and ran it with the fan on, but the room was still very hot. We were uncomfortable and unable to get good sleep. As we went to leave the next morning, you could instantly feel cool air as we stepped into the hallway. Not sure why the room was so hot and uncomfortable, but do not plan on staying at this location again.

Front desk staff were so nice and we had a nice clean room. But no one wanted to answer the phone except the front desk. I called the restaurant multiple times for room service and had to eventually call the front desk for them to get someone to call me back. Also tried calling room service and no one answered.

We booked two rooms. The rooms were dated and worn, the mirror in the bathroom was peeling. The grout in the shower/tub was crumbling and falling into tub. The HVAC unit did not work in 1030. The HVAC unit in 1132 only blew cold air. The staff sent up a Space heater that worked intermittently. The windows were thin unlike modern City windows and the road noise was terrible. The bar area and restaurant had worn out tables and chairs. The Hotel should be updated throughout. On the positive side the staff was very nice and worked hard to overcome the deficiencies of the hotel. This could be a First Class Hotel in the downtown location. It just needs a lot of work.
